    Drama bersiri Melur Untuk Firdaus, yang mendapat 11 juta penonton tahun lalu dan menjadi terkenal serta menggila di negara lain, kini mengambil slot masa Akasia TV3 dengan musim terbarunya. Pasangan mesra Anna Jobling dan Meerqeen, yang memenangi Drama Adaptasi Novel Terbaik dan Pasangan Drama Terbaik di Tonton Anugerah Drama Sangat 2023, terus memukau penonton dengan kesinambungan kisah cinta mereka yang sering dicabar menghadapi pelbagai cabaran.

    Melur Untuk Firdaus 2 dibawakan oleh Flavettes Effervescent Glow dan Garnier selaku penaja bersama. Drama ini diterbitkan oleh A-Ten Alliance di bawah arahan Zamri Zakaria. Drama yang mengandungi 35 episod ini menemui penonton menerusi slot Akasia bermula 16 Mac 2023 ini, hari Khamis hingga Jumaat, pukul 7.00 malam. Manakala, khas untuk bulan Ramadan ini, slot Akasia akan disiarkan setiap hari bermula 20 Mac 2023, dari hari Isnin hingga Ahad, pukul 7.00 malam. Pada masa yang sama, Lili dan anaknya Damia kini hidup lebih tenang setelah suaminya Zain dipenjarakan. Namun, apabila Zain dibebaskan dari penjara, Lili mula rasa resah kerana trauma dengan perbuatan Zain memukulnya. Melur memujuk Lili supaya berdoa agar Zain insaf dan berubah perangai.

    Mawar pula sebenarnya ingin bercuti ke luar negara tetapi ayahnya Tuan Idrus memaksa Mawar bekerja supaya bersedia untuk mengambil alih syarikatnya suatu hari nanti. Mawar enggan bekerja sehinggalah suatu hari secara kebetulan bertemu dengan Firdaus dalam situasi yang membuatkan hati Mawar bergelora. Peristiwa ini membuatkan Mawar terus bersemangat untuk bekerja.

    With the release of three new BMW 3 Series variations in January, the mid-sized premium executive sedan’s adaptability is further proven with the introduction of performance and long-wheelbase variants. BMW Malaysia unveiled two highly anticipated variations of the 2018 BMW 3 Series today: the New BMW M340i xDrive and the BMW 330Li M Sport. The newly announced BMW 3 Series variations maintain the line’s distinctive sportiness while demonstrating the BMW 3 Series’ versatility and ability to fulfil different driving demands.

This is further encapsulated with the inclusion of the revolutionary BMW Curved Display, lending a cutting-edge and progressive feel to the driving experience.

    The performance powerhouse of the BMW 3 Series line-up, the New BMW M340i xDrive features a stand-out front section, redesigned to be more expressive in comparison to its predecessor. This is characterised by the distinctive hexagonal kidney grilles that take inspiration from motor racing, which are flanked by state-of-the-art Adaptive LED headlights with High-Beam Assistant. Moving on to the side, the New BMW M340i xDrive features M exterior mirrors, 19-inch M Light Alloy Wheels in Double-Spoke Style 91 M Bicolour, alongside M Sport Brakes in Blue High-Gloss. Underscoring its commanding sportiness, the rear of the New BMW M340i xDrive can be distinguished by its M Rear-Spoiler free-form design exhaust tips – the latter of which is also seen in the New BMW 330Li M Sport. As standard, the New BMW M340i xDrive comes equipped with the M Aerodynamics Package and M High-Gloss Shadowline.

    On the other hand, the New BMW 330Li M Sport has also been refreshed, featuring slimmed-down LED headlights with expressive daytime running light graphics, which are further enhanced with the High-Beam Assistant. From the side, the impeccable elegance of the New BMW 330Li M Sport is accentuated by its elongated silhouette, featuring an overall length of 4,823mm and wheelbase of 2,961mm – for reference, these dimensions measure 110mm longer than the New BMW 330i M Sport. This is accompanied by 18-inch M Alloy Wheels in Double-Spoke Style in 848 M Bicolour. Additionally, the M Aerodynamics Package and M High-Gloss Shadowline with extended contents arrive as standard for the New BMW 330Li M Sport.

    For sportiness that is further accentuated, the M Sport Pro variant is also available for the New BMW M340i xDrive, adding exterior features that emphasise the vehicle’s dynamic appearance. These include 19-inch M Light Alloy Wheels in Double-Spoke Style 792 M Bicolour Jet Black, M lights Shadowline, M Sport brake callipers in High-Gloss Red, M High-gloss Shadow Line with extended contents, including kidney grille frame and slats in High-Gloss Black and M Rear Spoiler in Black Sapphire.

    Modernised interior with elegance and functionality in mind.

    The BMW Curved Display sophisticatedly and digitally refines the interior of the two new variants, with an elegance that emanates throughout the cockpit. While the 12.3-inch Information Display and 14.9-inch touchscreen Control Display provide uninhibited accessibility to key information and functionalities, the centre console houses an equally tidy layout with the classic gear selector now featuring a highly sophisticated, minimalist toggle design.

    Befitting the sporty disposition of the vehicle, the New BMW M340i xDrive arrives with sport seats for both the driver and front passenger, with the driver’s seat further enhanced with electric seat adjustment with memory function. Also equipped as standard are the hand-stitched M Leather Steering Wheel in supple Walknappa leather, M Headliner Anthracite and Aluminium Rhombicle Anthracite M Interior Trim. For added convenience and comfort, the Storage Compartment Package, automatic air conditioning, ambient light, interior rear-view mirror with automatic anti-dazzle function and electric glass roof have been included as standard. Finally, in-car entertainment is provided by the unmatched audio quality of the Harman Kardon Surround Sound system. Optionally, the M Sport package Pro for the all-wheel drive sedan further adds iconic M colour-lined M seat belts.

    For the New BMW 330Li M Sport, the driver’s seat comes with electric seat adjustment with memory function. Accentuating the luxury-focus of the sedan, the New BMW 330Li M Sport is furnished with Interior Trim Finishers Combination Back High-Gloss/Aluminium, Galvanic embellishers for controls, Instrument Panel in Sensatec and a panorama glass roof as standard. Meanwhile, the sporty aspect of the vehicle is represented by the M Leather Steering Wheel and M Headliner Anthracite. Other interior features of the New BMW 330Li M Sport are the Storage Compartment Package, three-zone automatic air conditioning, ambient light and interior rear-view mirror with automatic anti-dazzle function. As for in-car entertainment, the New BMW 330Li M Sport comes equipped with a HiFi loudspeaker system.

    Sportiness remains the core ethos of the New BMW 3 Series, embodied by tried-and-true design incorporating the signature 50/50 front/rear weight distribution, wide track, high body rigidity, low centre of gravity and high-quality chassis technology, which all come together to ensure superior driving dynamics across powertrains.

    Carrying the Most Powerful Letter in the World, the New BMW M340i M xDrive houses a straight-six cylinder petrol engine that delivers a maximum of 387 hp (288 kW) and an outstanding 500 Nm of torque, accelerating the sports sedan from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds, with top speed capped at 250 km/h. As for the New BMW 330Li M Sport, its straight-four cylinder petrol engine delivers a maximum of 258 hp (190 kW) and 400 Nm of torque, enabling 0 – 100 km/h to be achieved in just 6.2 seconds, while top speed is capped at 250 km/h.

    As standard, both the all-wheel drive BMW M340i xDrive and the rear-wheel drive BMW 330Li M Sport come equipped with an eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission. The New BMW 330Li M Sport is equipped with comfort suspension, while the New BMW M340i xDrive, being the more sport-oriented variant of the two, is further equipped with the M Sport Differential, Adaptive M Suspension and Variable Sport Steering.

    Sophisticated connectivity and safety features.

    The BMW Live Cockpit Professional inclusive of the BMW Head-Up Display is a standard equipment for the New BMW 3 Series variants, powered by the latest version of the BMW Operating System 8. The intuitive interaction and control of the vehicles come in a myriad of ways, allowing the driver to utilise various functions through touchscreen operation via the Control Display, the natural language function using the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, the BMW iDrive Controller and the touch-only direct access controls.

    Comfort Access, Remote Software Update and BMW ID all come as standard digital features for the New BMW M340i xDrive and the New BMW 330Li M Sport, alongside the Connected Package Professional, which is inclusive of a comprehensive range of digital services, such as Remote Services as well as Smartphone Integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other connectivity features for both variants include Intelligent Emergency Call, Teleservices and ConnectedDrive Services.

    With state-of-the-art driver assistance systems, journey on the road to the intended destination is made easier. The Parking Assistant and Driving Assistant comes as standard for both the New BMW M340i xDrive and the New BMW 330Li M Sport. The camera- and ultrasound-based Parking Assistant is inclusive of Park Assist, Active Park Distance Control (PDC), Lateral Parking Aid and Reversing Assist Camera. The Reversing Assistant is designed to keep record of up to the last 50 metres driven forward and is able to drive back the exact same way in reverse if desired.

    As for the camera- and radar-based Driving Assistant, the standard features are the Lane Departure Warning with active steering interventions, Lane Change Warning, Front Collision Warning with brake intervention, Rear Crossing Warning with brake intervention, Rear Crossing Traffic Warning, Rear Collision Warning, Speed Limit Info and manual Speed Limit Assist. Additionally, Cruise Control with Braking Function is available as standard for both variants.

    Comfort-oriented suspension updates for select BMW models.

    Starting March 2023, BMW Malaysia will be updating the suspension setup on select BMW models – the BMW 218i Gran Coupé, the BMW 330i M Sport, the BMW X3 sDrive20i M Sport, the BMW X3 xDrive30i M Sport and the BMW X3 xDrive30e M Sport.

    The BMW 218i Gran Coupé has been updated to utilise the Standard Suspension. This allows for a softer spring/damper setup, enabling a more comfortable ride.

    The BMW 330i M Sport has been updated to utilise the Adaptive M Suspension, ensuring ride comfort thanks to electronically controlled dampers with individual control for each wheel, while allowing for increased sportiness compared to the previously fitted M Sport Suspension. The Adaptive M Suspension also adapts the drive according on the drive mode selected, which can be toggled via the Driving Dynamics control switch.

    The BMW X3 sDrive20i M Sport has been updated to utilise the Standard Suspension, a switch from the previously fitted M Sport Suspension. This allows for a softer spring/damper setup, enabling a more comfortable ride.

    The BMW X3 xDrive30i M Sport – previously fitted with the M Sport Suspension – and the BMW X3 xDrive30e M Sport – previously fitted with the Standard Suspension – are now updated with the Adaptive Suspension, reducing disruptive vehicle movements to a minimum with shock absorbers that automatically adapt to road conditions.

  • ‘JILID AKHIR: ELLA PUTERI KOTA’ CONCERT – SOLD OUT!

    Malaysia’s reigning Queen of Rock, Ella, suddenly became a major subject when she removed all her social media postings and stayed silent. She later held a special press conference to address the press on the topic and announced the ‘JILID AKHIR: ELLA PUTERI KOTA’ performance to commemorate her 35 years in the music industry, which would take place on June 10, 2023 at the Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil.

    Concert tickets went on sale on March 13, 2023 at 12:00PM. In 2 hours, more than 50% of the tickets were sold. The organisers, Hitman Solutions and RockQueen had to temporarily stop all ticket sales because more than 25,000 eager ticket buyers have been queuing on the website causing the ticket purchasing process to be interrupted. However, the organisers were quick to resolve it and the ticket sales resumed at 5:00PM.

    This, however, did not in the least discourage Ella’s fans from continuing to queue and buy the tickets, and at 7:00PM, 90% of the tickets were already sold and only the Rockzone category remained. All the tickets for JILID AKHIR: ELLA PUTERI KOTA concert was officially sold out at 12:00PM the next day on March 14, within 24 hours after the ticket sale started.

    At the Association Day, the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) gathers a congregation of business events industry association executives and Kesatria members to discuss the need of bringing international business events to Malaysia. The enthralling event, which will be held at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL), is expected to attract industry professionals as well as 45 MyCEB conference ambassadors, namely the Kesatria.

    Kempen DuitNow GEN E-MONEY LEARNING SKUAD berakhir pada 11 Mac 2023, dengan Bengkel penyiaran wartawan celik kewangan PayNet dan DIDIKTV Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) – SKUAD PEMBELAJARAN WANG E-DUitNow GEN, di Sri Pentas, Bandar Utama mulai jam 9.00 pagi hingga 5.00 petang. Bengkel ini merupakan sesi penghakiman terakhir untuk 30 finalis terpilih berumur 10 hingga 16 tahun. Sejak dimulakan pada 10 Disember 2022, di Karnival Jom Heboh di Puteri Harbour, Johor Bahru, kempen tersebut telah menerima lebih 400 penyertaan.

    Kempen SKUAD DIDIK DuitNow GEN E-DUIT merupakan hasil kolaborasi Kumpulan Media Prima dan Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet) melalui DIDIKTV KPM. Objektif program ini adalah untuk mendidik generasi muda tentang kepentingan celik kewangan, terutamanya literasi pembayaran digital, selaras dengan Strategi Kebangsaan Celik Kewangan Malaysia. Penekanan mengenai kelebihan pembayaran digital yang selamat, senang dan segera turut dikongsikan.

    Strategi utama kempen ini adalah untuk mendidik, memupuk kesedaran dan memperkasakan kanak-kanak tentang pendidikan kewangan dengan cara yang menyeronokkan, memberi pendekatan yang mudah dan senang difahami melalui bengkel kewartawanan TV yang menarik!

    Penyertaan yang diterima melalui video ‘Duet Challenge’ di platform media sosial TikTok sangat menggalakkan sehingga tarikh tamat penyertaan dilanjutkan kepada 15 Februari lalu. 30 finalis terbaik yang dipilih, diberikan pendedahan untuk menyelami pengalaman sebagai wartawan penyiaran muda dengan menyertai Bengkel SKUAD DIDIK DuitNow GEN E-DUIT.  Hasil dari penilaian tugasan pertama atau tugasan wajib video duet yang dihantar, membawa markah 40 peratus.  Mereka sekali lagi diberikan satu lagi tugasan ‘Homework’ iaitu menerbitkan video berlandaskan informasi kewangan dan penyelidikan produk PayNet yang membawa markah 20 peratus.  Seterusnya, baki 40 peratus lagi dari jumlah keseluruhan 100 peratus , dinilai di Bengkel pada hari ini.  Pemarkahan diberi berdasarkan personaliti dan penampilan diri, kemahiran komunikasi, penglibatan finalis dalam sesi dengan mentor dan pergaulan bersama  rakan-rakan serta persediaan diri  tentang maklumat kewangan.

    Bengkel ini dihoskan oleh Shaun Stephen, pengacara DIDIKTV KPM,  menampilkan empat sesi dengan topik-topik yang berlainan bersama mentor dan panel yang berkaliber di bidang masing-masing. Setiap sesi mempunyai aktiviti yang menarik berdasarkan topik yang disampaikan. Peserta turut berpeluang untuk melakukan aktiviti yang disediakan bersama pengacara dan pembaca berita yang berpengalaman luas di Rangkaian Televisyen Media Prima. Bengkel tersebut juga diserikan dengan kehadiran Encik Seelan Paul, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif, NTV7 (DIDIKTV KPM) dan Encik Khairuan Abdul Rahman, Pengarah Kanan, Payments Network Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

    McDonald’s Malaysia has officially introduced its Menu Rahmah today, giving Malaysians from all walks of life the option to enjoy McDonald’s meals at an inexpensive price of only RM5.

    McDonald’s participation in the Menu Rahmah initiative, which was officiated by YB Datuk Seri Salahuddin bin Ayub, Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) today, is an effort driven by the quick service restaurant in support of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, as part of its commitment in helping and supporting the community with the issue of the rising cost of living.
