    Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City (SMC), in collaboration with Samsung Malaysia Electronics, has launched the “Time to Move” wellness programme—a 90-day initiative designed to guide participants on a holistic health journey. This programme empowers individuals to take control of their well-being with the help of professional guidance, technology, and consistent support, aiming for sustainable, long-lasting improvements in their health.

    The Time to Move programme offers a comprehensive approach to health, starting with a detailed body check-up and culminating in a final assessment to reflect participants’ transformative progress. The journey begins with understanding each participant’s baseline health through screenings like an Inbody test and a blood test, conducted at the Sunway Wellness Centre. Over the course of the 90 days, participants are supported by healthcare professionals and given tools to track their health improvements in real-time, including a Samsung Galaxy Watch7.

    Another keynote speaker at the summit of Gitex Global 20204, Leo Chen, Corporate Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales at Huawei, emphasized the transformative impact of next-generation technologies like AI and 5G-A on global industries. According to Chen, these technologies are key drivers of the fourth industrial revolution, set to bring a dramatic leap in productivity.
