    Menghampiri usia 28 tahun dalam bidang seni suara, penyanyi ulung Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza muncul dengan album solo ke-20 yang berjudul Sitism. Album Sitism pertama kali dilancarkan secara digital dengan mengandungi 8 buah lagu pada 30 Jun 2023, kemudian lengkap 12 lagu sepenuhnya pada 8 September 2023.

    Album ini membawa makna mendalam bagi Siti, kerana ia membolehkannya bekerjasama dengan penerbit, pencipta lagu, dan penulis lirik dari generasi lama dan juga yang baharu. Kolaborasi ini memberikan ciri tersendiri kepada Sitism dan mampu memenuhi selera peminat Siti dari pelbagai kumpulan usia.

    Judul Sitism dipilih daripada nama Siti Nurhaliza iaitu Siti dan imbuhan `ism’ pula adalah istilah linguistik yang digunakan untuk membentuk kata nama bagi melambangkan kualiti, keadaan, ideologi atau hala tuju album. Apabila nama Siti dan imbuhan `ism’ ini digabungkan, Sitism membentuk kata nama yang mewakili ciri-ciri tertentu yang ada di dalam tersebut.

    Sitism atau Siti-ism bagi menggambarkan Siti Nurhaliza kerana apabila Siti menyanyi, ciri khas, gaya, kualiti dan suara yang dimiliki penyanyi itu unik serta senang dikenali bahawa itulah Siti Nurhaliza. Siti memilih tarikh 20 September 2023 sebagai tarikh pelancaran album beliau ke-20 sebagai simbolik angka tersebut bersamaan dengan jumlah album solo yang telah dihasilkannya. Walaupun berjarak hampir dua bulan pelancaran album Sitism dan album Sitism edisi deluxe dengan penambahan 4 buah lagu, Siti dapat memperomosikan lebih banyak lagu sebelum muncul album lengkap. Ini merupakan salah satu strategi untuk memberikan peluang kepada para peminat, para pencinta muzik, stesen radio dan stesen televisyen menumpukan kepada lagu-lagu dari album Sitism yang dilancarkan pada bulan Jun dan kini beliau dapat menyambung promosi dengan edisi deluxe pula.

    The popular singer and songwriter Aisha Retno, 23, is enthralling her fans once more with her most recent work, which is full of strong feelings and meaningful lyrics. Aisha is this time expressing her sentiments through a song rooted in the contemporary situation, following previous songs that touched listeners’ hearts. With the release of “Ternoktah,” Aisha Retno has unveiled her most recent invention.

    “Recently, many have taken notice of the wave of breakup news involving prominent celebrities, as conveyed through local media outlets. This reality has evoked sympathy within me, and I subsequently channeled it through a song that narrates the story of parting ways with loved ones,” says Aisha Retno.

    ‘Ternoktah’ narrates the feeling of bittersweet emotions when a relationship with a beloved one has ended. The saying goes, ‘to love does not mean to possess.’ Even if love still resides in someone’s heart, it doesn’t necessarily mean they can possess it.

    “The title ‘Ternoktah’ clearly depicts the pause or end of a romantic relationship. It can be said that breakups aren’t odd; they’re normal and happen frequently in society. After all, we are all human beings,” adds Aisha Retno.

    ‘Ternoktah’ not only touches the emotions of the listeners but also encourages them to reflect on the true essence of love and the bitterness that accompanies our lives. With courage, Aisha Retno once again proves her talent as a singer-songwriter who is capable of conveying profound messages through her harmonious and unique voice.

    Aisha also imparts a message: when experiencing disappointment, one should take reasonable action and move forward, striving to find happiness in the times ahead.

    “For me, if we feel disappointed by a breakup, we should accept it and acknowledge the reality. The key is to move forward and continue our life’s journey,” she adds.

    Further elaborating, Aisha, who previously received the Gold Award (SAMIs) for her song ‘W.H.U.T.’ (Wanna Hold U Tight) through digital streaming sales in Malaysia and Indonesia, states that the interpretation of her latest song isn’t solely limited to romantic tales. Instead, listeners can also associate it with various aspects of life, like the end of any type of relationship.

    “The scope of this song can be expanded further. In life, there are times when we no longer want to pursue something, or perhaps we feel like starting a new chapter with someone we trust. Hence, it’s certain that we put an end to the old story,” she adds.

    Aisha Retno, who is also currently portraying the character Melly in the drama ‘Gadis Muzikal,’ shares that ‘Ternoktah’ has a connection to her life.

    “For now, I’m more focused on my career (singing, acting, and hosting). Certainly, there have been ups and downs in my life. However, I embrace it all with an open heart, ultimately finding peace and taking it as a lesson in life. I haven’t forgotten that I have parents who are always my support system, providing words of encouragement,” she expresses with a face filled with emotion.

Despite facing a packed schedule, I managed to create a ballad song titled ‘Ternoktah,’ infused with vocal stylings and modern music to reach listeners of different age groups, especially the younger generation,” she shares.

    Moreover, ‘Ternoktah’ received a special touch from two talented composers and lyricists, Hanis Rafi and Firdaus Rahmat, in bringing this single to fruition.

    “Thankfully, everything went smoothly. I’m happy to collaborate with them not only for this single but also for several other songs that will be launched in the near future,” she says.

    “My hope, undoubtedly, is that this song is accepted by the listeners and becomes a source of inspiration for them to take more positive and beneficial actions in the event of a breakup,” she concludes.

  • BICARA BAHASA KOLOKIAL: MELESTARIKAN KEBERDAYAAN BAHASA KOMUNITI ‘TELUSURI BAYU NABALU’

    YB Datuk Aaron Ago Dagang, Menteri Perpaduan Negara telah merasmikan Bicara Bahasa Kolokial: Melestarikan Keberdayaan Bahasa Komuniti ‘Telusuri Bayu Nabalu’ di Hotel Le Meridien, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Program ini berkonsepkan forum yang mana Tokoh Pembicara berkongsi pengalaman, kajian dan penyelidikan serta pandangan mengenai bahasa kolokial kepada masyarakat umum.

    Bicara Bahasa Kolokial di Sabah ini mengangkat tema ‘Telusuri Bayu Nabalu’ bertujuan memberi lebih pendedahan mengenai penggunaan bahasa kolokial dalam kalangan etnik di Sabah di samping mendokumentasikan budaya unik ini untuk dijadikan bahan rujukan dan penyelidikan. Sabah terdiri daripada 33 kumpulan pribumi yang berkomunikasi dalam lebih 50 bahasa dan 80 dialek etnik yang meliputi kawasan Pedalaman Sabah, Pantai Barat Selatan Sabah, Pantai Barat Utara Sabah serta Pantai Timur Sabah.

    Menyedari kepentingan bahasa sebagai warisan dan ejen pengukuh perpaduan antara kaum dan etnik di negara ini, Kementerian Perpaduan Negara (KPN) melalui Arkib Negara Malaysia dengan kerjasama Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka Cawangan Sabah mengambil langkah proaktif untuk menganjurkan program ini dengan penyertaan 250 peserta yang berbeza suku kaum, etnik dan bangsa di bawah satu bumbung. Peserta ini terdiri daripada penggiat seni sastera dan budaya, pengkaji bahasa dan budaya, ahli persatuan NGO, guru-guru sekolah, pensyarah, ahli akademik, pelajar IPTA/IPTS, pelajar sekolah menengah, pegawai kerajaan dan orang awam.

    YB Menteri Perpaduan Negara menyatakan bahawa pelaksanaan program ini adalah selari dengan inisiatif ‘Ini Warisan Kita’ yang dibawa oleh Kementerian yang mana bahasa kolokial dan bahasa lohgat atau bahasa etnik merupakan khazanah warisan negara yang harus dipelihara dan diwarisi dari generasi ke generasi supaya ia tidak luput akibat kaum atau etnik itu sendiri tidak menggunakannya sebagai bahasa pertuturan seharian. “Penganjuran program ini juga dilihat mampu mengangkat dan memartabatkan elemen-elemen tradisi, seni serta budaya amnya dan bahasa khasnya sebagai ejen perpaduan kaum,” ujar YB Datuk Aaaron.

    1. Profesor Madya Dr. Saidatul Nornis binti Hj. Mahali, Universiti Malaysia Sabah dengan topik Penggunaan Bahasa Harian dalam Kalangan Pelbagai Etnik;

    3. Siti Aidah binti Hj. Lukin @ Lokin, Universiti Malaysia Sabah dengan topik Bahasa Kolokial dalam Kalangan Pelbagai Etnik Pantai Barat Selatan Sabah;

    Pelaksanaan program di Kota Kinabalu ini adalah kali kedua selepas diadakan di Kuantan, Pahang pada 13 Julai lalu. Arkib Negara Malaysia turut merancang untuk mengadakan tiga lagi program seumpama ini sehingga hujung tahun 2023 di Miri, Sarawak, Kangar, Perlis dan Ipoh, Perak. Sementara itu, YB Datuk Aaron meminta agar bicara Bahasa Kolokial ini dapat diteruskan bagi tahun 2024 di enam (6) negeri iaitu Kelantan, Terengganu, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor dan Johor.

    KPN turut mengambil kira cadangan pelaksanaan Bicara Kolokial Bahasa Isyarat yang juga merupakan bahasa pertuturan harian dan bahasa penyatuan antara komuniti Orang Kurang Upaya. Selain itu, KPN turut bercadang untuk menerbitkan buku khas Bahasa Kolokial pada tahun hadapan yang mampu menjadi sebahagian usaha dalam melestarikan keberdayaan Bahasa Komuniti di negara ini.

    YB Menteri Perpaduan Negara turut menyatakan harapannya agar perkara ini mendapat kerjasama daripada Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM), Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi (KPT) serta Kementerian Belia dan Sukan (KBS) agar program advokasi bahasa ini turut memberi impak positif dalam kalangan generasi muda yang bakal menjadi penyambung legasi negara. Usaha ini juga selari dengan pelaksanaan Perpaduan Malaysia MADANI juga akan menggunakan ‘whole of government approch’ iaitu kerjasama antara agensi kerajaan merentas sempadan portfolio organisasi dengan berkongsi tindakan untuk mencapai matlamat pembangunan Malaysia MADANI.

    Usaha-usaha yang dilaksanakan seumpama ini dilihat berupaya menjadi platform penyatuan masyarakat, pengerat muafakat, pengukuh perpaduan dan pemeliharaan tradisi budaya bangsa. Perpaduan merupakan tunjang kepada kejayaan negara dan bahasa adalah medium yang berkesan untuk mencapai kejayaan tersebut.

  • BEST ISLAMIC TOURISM TV STATION DIRAIH OLEH TV ALHIJRAH.

    Pada 13 sehingga 15 September 2023 bermula jam 10 pagi hingga 6 petang, akan berlangsungnya Persidangan dan Pameran Haji, Umrah dan Pelancongan Islam Asia (AITEX) 2023. Ekspo juga diadakan di Sunway Hotel Resort dan Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre.

    Pelbagai acara telah disusun sepanjang tiga hari tersebut. Kemuncaknya adalah acara anugerah The World Islamic Tourism Award (WITA 2023) yang telah di adakan Sunway Resort Hotel, Selangor. Malam anugerah dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengangkat dan menghargai jasa pemain industri pelancongan untuk dibawa ke peringkat antarabangsa.

    TV AlHijrah selaku stesen televisyen yang memperjuangkan gaya hidup Islam telah dinobatkan sebagai pemenang anugerah khas bagi kategori Best Islamic Tourism TV Station. 

    Majlis penyampaian anugerah itu telah disempurnakan oleh Che Puan Temenggong Perlis, Datin Seri Diraja Farinawati Datuk Mohd Din dan disaksikan oleh Presiden Persatuan Agensi Pelancongan, Datuk Dr Mohd Khalid Harun. Anugerah disampaikan kepada kepada Pegawai Khas Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif TV AlHijrah, Salehhuddin Jurimi yang hadir mewakili Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif TV AlHijrah, Namanzee Harris.

    Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif TV AlHijrah, Namanzee Harris sewaktu ditebak tentang kejayaan anugerah ini berkata, pengiktirafan bertaraf global itu dibuat oleh panel juri yang sangat mahir dan berpengalaman luas bagi menentukan kriteria pemilihan pemenang.

    “Pihak penganjur sepandapat bahawa TV AlHijrah sentiasa cakna tentang keperluan menyokong industri pelancongan negara. Kita terbitkan dan siarkan banyak program-program yang menyokong industri pelancongan Islam. Tidak dinafikan, industri ini banyak menyumbang kepada pertumbuhan ekonomi negara.

    “Kemanisan kejayaan ini saya tujukan khas kepada kakitangan TV AlHijrah yang sentiasa dedikasi dan komited dalam menjalankan tugas mereka sehingga berjaya mengharumkan nama baik TV AlHijrah ke persada antarabangsa.

    “Kejayaan ini menjadi pembakar semangat kepada TV AlHijrah dalam melaksanakan gerak kerja dakwah kontemporari dengan istiqamah.  Penghargaan turut saya zahirkan kepada barisan asatizah yang selama ini sentiasa bersama-sama TV AlHijrah.

    “Penganugerahan ini pastinya membantu TV AlHijrah melonjak pada tahap yang lebih tinggi dan mencapai lebih banyak kejayaan di masa hadapan selari dengan visi kami iaitu sesuai dan relavan untuk masyarakat tempatan dan antarabangsa,” kata Namanzee.

    Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut adalah Pengurus Kanan Kumpulan Integrasi Media dan Hal Ehwal Korporat TV AlHijrah, Saifulizan Sidek.   • PENGAKHIRANNYA BERBALOI SETELAH 20 TAHUN: HAFIZ NAFIAH LANCAR FILEM KOMEDI ‘MAT KOLA’


    Hampir 20 tahun dinantikan, Hafiz Nafiah berjaya merakam impian sebagai pengarah dengan filem komedi ‘Mat Kola’.

    Nama sebenarnya, Mohd Hafiz Mohd Nafiah, menyatakan betapa bermaknanya filem ini, yang diterbitkan oleh AA Success Pictures Sdn Bhd, sebagai langkah pertama dalam kerjayanya sebagai pengarah.

    “Dalam ‘Mat Kola’, impian saya menjadi kenyataan. Saya bersyukur kepada penerbit, Azman Ahmad, yang telah saya kenal selama 20 tahun, kerana memberi peluang ini,” katanya dengan penuh kegembiraan.

    “Azman mencadangkan nama saya sebagai pengarah kepada Penerbit Eksekutif, Mahamad Pozi Mansor atau Abang Chot.

    “Idea asal filem Mat Kola adalah dari Azman, tetapi penulis skripnya adalah Pijon yang memang sudah biasa menulis cerita dialek utara (Kedah),” katanya.

    Ditanya kenapa mengambil masa yang lama untuk mengarah, kata Hafiz, dia mahu menimba ilmu dalam dunia belakang tabir produksi sebelum bersedia di kerusi pengarahan.

    “Berbekalkan pengalaman luas sedia ada, barulah saya bersedia untuk menggalas kerusi pengarah.

    “Saya percaya tidak semua orang akan dapat peluang keemasan itu.

    “Saya juga sudah lama sedia untuk mengarah drama, tetapi tawaran yang datang adalah projek filem dulu.

    “Saya harap filem Mat Kola akan menjadi titik permulaan untuk membuktikan kerjaya saya sebagai pengarah,” katanya.

    Bercerita pembabitan awalnya dalam bidang seni, kata Hafiz, dia mula memasuki bidang seni sebagai penyanyi nasyid ketika masih menuntut di tingkatan empat.

    “Selepas tamat persekolahan, saya mula bekerja dengan kumpulan nasyid popular Rabbani selama dua tahun.

    “Ketika Rabbani bernaung di bawah KRU, saya juga sertai sebagai pegawai perhubungan awam kepada Kumpulan Phyne Ballerz.

    “Selepas itu, saya mula pergi uji bakat di Metrowealth (MIG) dan dapat tawaran watak ekstra dalam filem Kuliah Cinta arahan pengarah, Prof Madya Datuk A Razak Mohaideen pada 2004,” katanya.

    Bermula dari situ, kata Hafiz, dia ditawarkan bekerja sebagai kru belakang tabir milik produksi A Razak.

    “Saya bermula sebagai ‘runner’, pembantu produksi, ‘handyman’, pengurus produksi dan konti termasuklah terbabit dalam kumpulan teknikal dalam pelbagai jawatan sehinggalah diberi peluang menjadi penolong pengarah.

    “Saya dapat memegang jawatan penolong pengarah dalam filem A Razak. Antaranya, filem lakonan Datuk Aznil Nawawi dan Nasha Aziz,” kata pelakon filem Dunia Baru The Movie itu yang sudah hampir 20 tahun berkecimpung dalam dunia lakonan itu.

    Selaku penerbit penyelaras, pengarah dan lakon layar filem Mat Kola, kata Hafiz, nama Mat Kola dipilih kerana filem ini menceritakan tiga anak jati Kuala Kedah iaitu Mat Ki (Usop Mentor), Mat Yon (Azman Ahmad) dan Mat Not (Taiyuddin Bakar).

    “Penggambaran filem membabitkan kos mencecah RM1 juta ini berlangsung pada Oktober 2021 dalam tempoh hampir tiga minggu.

    “Filem ini mengambil masa selama dua tahun untuk ditayangkan kerana banyak kekangan seperti proses suntingan, bahagian teknikal dan sebagainya,” katanya.

    Berkongsi jalan cerita pula, kata Hafiz, dia mahu menghasilkan filem yang mudah difahami dan menghiburkan penonton.

    “Jalan cerita filem ini santai mengenai kisah peniaga burger dan semoga ia boleh menaikkan semangat mereka untuk terus berniaga. Itu adalah plot utama dan dibantu sub plot lain.

    “Saya akui bukan mudah untuk mengarah genre komedi kerana saya juga baca skrip berulang kali dan merombaknya banyak kali sebelum saya imaginasikan dan beri penerangan pada pelakon,” katanya.

    Ditanya barisan pelakon, kata Hafiz, semua pelakon utama dan pembantu sangat profesional dan memberikan kerjasama terbaik di lokasi penggambaran.

    Filem ini turut menampilkan barisan pelakon seperti Rozita Che Wan (Che Som) Ropie (Pak Sheikh), Putri Hanan (Maliah), Fendi London (Bang Lah), Mohd Hafeezul Yop (Joe Klipop), Abang Gee (Abang Gee), Zainon Ismail (Bang Non), Suhaili Che Rus (Zali),Cikgu Akop (Pak Hashim) dan Pak Abang (Badrul).

    “Rata-rata pelakon dari Kedah dan mereka tiada masalah untuk dialek utara serta semuanya kelakar,” katanya.

    Ditanya cabaran ketika penggambaran pula, kata Hafiz, dia berdepan dengan keadaan cuaca yang tidak menentu di Kedah di mana hujan turun dari pagi hingga petang.

    “Baru nak ‘shoot’ hujan turun dengan lebatnya hingga kami terpaksa tukar ‘screen play’. Contohnya, terpaksa tukar babak Che Som pakai payung untuk disesuaikan dengan keadaan cuaca ketika itu.

    “Bagaimanapun, Tuhan permudahkan sepanjang penggambaran filem ini. Selain mengarah, saya juga sebagai Penerbit Penyelaras dan buat sehabis baik untuk mengawal bajet sedia ada,” katanya.

    Mengulas sasaran kutipan, kata Hafiz, dia hanya melakukan kerja seikhlas hati hingga filem itu siap.

    “Saya tak nak letak sasaran kutipan kerana kita sudah usaha yang terbaik kerana ini filem pertama saya dan selebihnya saya serahkan pada Tuhan,” katanya.

    Mat Kola bakal ditayangkan di 65 pawagam seluruh tanah air bermula 21 September ini.
