Seorang hadirin berkongsi pengalaman positifnya dengan menyatakan bahawa jarang sekali filem antarabangsa mempunyai nilai Islamik yang diterapkan dengan begitu baik. Sebelum ini, Durioo+ telah mencipta impak melalui tayangan filem seperti Bilal: Lahirnya Wira Baru dan Cats The Movie yang mendapat sambutan luar biasa daripada penonton tempatan.

    Goldbeak The Movie diarahkan oleh pengarah animasi Ireland, Nigel W. Tierney, yang pernah menghasilkan karya bersama nama-nama besar seperti Bad Bunny, Little Dicky dan Jaden Smith, serta terlibat dalam produksi animasi terkenal DreamWorks seperti Kung Fu Panda 3, How to Train Your Dragon 2, The Croods dan Shrek Forever After. Filem ini turut diarahkan bersama oleh Dong Long dari Liangzi Film, China, dan menampilkan pelakon suara antarabangsa David Henrie serta personaliti popular Valkyrae.

    Filem ini mengisahkan tentang Goldbeak, seekor helang yang dibesarkan oleh keluarga ayam sejak kecil. Merasa dirinya berbeza dan ingin mengetahui asal-usul sebenar, Goldbeak meninggalkan kampung untuk mencari kebenaran tentang siapa dirinya. Dalam perjalanan itu, dia dan adik perempuannya Ratchet tanpa sengaja membongkar rahsia hitam yang boleh mengancam kampung asal mereka. Kisah ini bukan sahaja sarat dengan nilai kekeluargaan, tetapi juga menyampaikan mesej tentang keberanian, penerimaan diri, dan kepentingan asal-usul.

    Goldbeak turut menerima pengiktirafan antarabangsa termasuk pencalonan di Anugerah Filem Golden Rooster China ke-35 dalam kategori Best Fine Arts, serta penghargaan di China International Children’s Exhibition dan pengiktirafan oleh State Film Administration of China sebagai Excellent Chinese Film Project.

    The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) has introduced FSF Xcel, Malaysia’s first industry-wide digital skills assessment platform for the financial sector. The platform aims to benchmark workforce capabilities and accelerate upskilling across the industry, supporting Malaysia’s shift towards a more adaptive, sustainable, and future-ready financial ecosystem.

    FSF Xcel builds on the Future Skills Framework introduced in 2024 by translating the framework into structured, industry-validated assessments. These assessments allow financial institutions to identify skill gaps, map learning and career pathways, and strengthen talent strategies for the future. Covering 159 job roles and 157 critical skills, the platform evaluates both technical expertise and behavioural competencies. Developed in partnership with Accendo Technologies, a Malaysian AI-powered talent intelligence company, FSF Xcel combines global best practices with local insights to enhance Malaysia’s financial talent pipeline.

    The financial sector contributed an estimated 6.7 percent to Malaysia’s GDP in 2024 and employs nearly 167,000 professionals, making it a key driver of economic growth and stability. Aligned with Bank Negara Malaysia’s Financial Sector Blueprint 2022–2026, FSF Xcel supports the transition to a digitally fluent and innovation-driven workforce. The platform provides real-time analytics and a shared competency framework to guide workforce planning, benchmark capabilities, and advance professional development across the sector, reinforcing Malaysia’s ambition to build talent readiness for a digital economy.

    Sharma Lachu, Founder and CEO of Accendo Technologies, expressed confidence that the partnership with AICB would drive the creation of an industry-wide Digital Talent Passport, allowing individuals and organisations to thrive amid continuous change. The initiative is informed by AICB’s 2025 Workforce Baseline Study, which gathered input from 99 financial institutions, achieving a 68 percent response rate. The study revealed strong demand for a standard digital assessment platform, with 96 percent of respondents interested in adopting such a tool to close skill gaps in line with the FSF. It also found that approximately 40,000 employees may see their roles evolve due to automation, highlighting the need for targeted upskilling and reskilling.

    The findings reflect global trends identified in the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, which predicts that 39 percent of current skill sets will become outdated by 2030 and points to skill gaps as a major barrier to business transformation in Malaysia. FSF Xcel is scheduled for progressive rollout across financial institutions starting in the fourth quarter of 2025, with AICB collaborating closely with Bank Negara Malaysia, Accendo Technologies, industry associations, and learning partners to ensure effective adoption and implementation.

    Dalam usaha memperkukuh komitmen terhadap masa depan yang lebih lestari, ATLAS Vending, anak syarikat kepada Etika Sdn Bhd, telah memeterai Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) bersama Perbadanan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal dan Pembersihan Awam (SW Corp) di ibu pejabat SW Corp di Cyberjaya. Langkah bersejarah ini menyatukan dua entiti utama negara dengan misi bersama untuk memperluaskan infrastruktur kitar semula, memupuk tabiat lestari dalam kehidupan seharian, serta menjadikan gaya hidup hijau lebih mudah diakses oleh rakyat Malaysia.

    Menerusi perjanjian ini, SW Corp akan membantu dalam penempatan sebanyak 50 unit ECOPOD keluaran ATLAS Vending. ECOPOD merupakan mesin kitar semula jenis Reverse Vending Machine yang diiktiraf oleh Guinness World Records sebagai mesin paling nipis di dunia, lengkap dengan sistem pemampatan tin. Penempatan mesin ini akan dilaksanakan di lokasi-lokasi tumpuan tinggi yang dikenal pasti mempunyai impak besar terhadap masyarakat, termasuk pasar awam, hospital, universiti dan Pusat Transformasi Bandar (UTC).

    Dengan reka bentuk yang kompak dan praktikal, ECOPOD direka untuk beroperasi di kawasan yang padat tanpa memerlukan ruang tambahan. Mesin ini menggabungkan fungsi mesin layan diri dan mesin kitar semula dalam satu struktur pintar, sekali gus menawarkan penyelesaian dua dalam satu yang menjimatkan ruang. Mereka yang mengitar semula produk Etika akan menerima kredit segera yang boleh digunakan untuk mendapatkan minuman dengan harga diskaun melalui mesin layan diri ATLAS yang bersebelahan. Pendekatan ini menjadikan aktiviti kitar semula lebih menarik, mudah dan memberi manfaat segera kepada pengguna.

    Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Etika Sdn Bhd, Santharuban T. Sundaram, menjelaskan bahawa kerjasama ini merupakan langkah penting dalam memacu ekonomi kitaran di Malaysia. Beliau menekankan bahawa dengan menghubungkan aktiviti kitar semula secara langsung kepada produk Etika, ECOPOD membantu rakyat menjadikan amalan hijau sebagai sebahagian daripada rutin harian. Menurutnya, matlamat utama inisiatif ini ialah untuk memudahkan masyarakat mengubah tabiat, meningkatkan kesedaran dan menyumbang kepada kadar kitar semula yang lebih tinggi di seluruh negara.

    Sementara itu, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif SW Corp, YBrs. Tuan Khalid Bin Mohamed, menyifatkan kolaborasi ini sebagai contoh terbaik kerjasama antara sektor awam dan swasta dalam memperkukuh ekosistem kitar semula negara. Beliau menegaskan bahawa ECOPOD bukan sekadar alat pengumpulan sisa, tetapi platform interaktif yang mampu menarik minat masyarakat terutamanya golongan muda untuk memupuk amalan kitar semula dan menyokong aspirasi kelestarian negara.

    Inisiatif ini turut menonjolkan kemampuan inovasi tempatan apabila ECOPOD direka dan dibina sepenuhnya di Malaysia. Ia membuktikan bahawa teknologi dan penyelesaian buatan tempatan mampu menangani cabaran global dalam pengurusan sisa dan kelestarian. Dengan penempatan mesin-mesin ini di kawasan tumpuan awam, kerjasama antara ATLAS Vending dan SW Corp bukan sahaja menjadikan aktiviti kitar semula lebih mudah, malah memperlihatkan sumbangan nyata Malaysia terhadap agenda hijau nasional.

    Usaha ini juga seiring dengan Rangka Kerja Kelestarian Plastik 2021–2030 yang menekankan penggabungan antara pembangunan infrastruktur dan penglibatan pengguna dalam membina tabiat kitar semula jangka panjang. Sejak diperkenalkan pada Mei 2025, ECOPOD telah menerima sambutan positif daripada masyarakat dan pihak korporat, menjadikannya penanda aras baharu bagi sistem kitar semula di kawasan terhad ruang.
