    Kia Sales Malaysia secara rasmi bersedia untuk mencetuskan revolusi automotif tanah air bersempena dengan pembukaan Pameran Mobiliti Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIMS) 2026, menerusi pameran berkonsepkan ‘Bold & Progressive’. Kehadiran strategik jenama automotif terkemuka Korea Selatan ini di Pusat Perdagangan dan Pameran Antarabangsa Malaysia (MITEC) bermula 12 hingga 21 Jun 2026, bakal menyaksikan fasa baharu dalam landskap mobiliti tempatan melalui pengenalan barisan produk global berteknologi tinggi serta pengumuman inisiatif pemilikan yang komprehensif.

    Presiden dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kia Sales Malaysia, Hyung Ho Kim, menegaskan bahawa penyertaan di KLIMS 2026 merupakan satu manifetasi penting terhadap visi global Kia yang progresif. Menurut beliau, pameran model-model terbaharu ini mencerminkan komitmen jitu syarikat dalam menyediakan penyelesaian mobiliti inovatif bagi memenuhi tuntutan pengguna pasaran Malaysia yang sentiasa dinamik dan berkembang maju.

    Tunjang utama kepada anjakan revolusi Kia di KLIMS 2026 dizahirkan melalui penampilan sulung sedan Kia K4 spesifikasi GT-Line untuk pasaran domestik. Dibangunkan berasaskan falsafah reka bentuk ‘Opposites United’, K4 menawarkan keseimbangan optimum antara estetika sporty dengan aspek praktikaliti harian, dipacu oleh unit enjin 1.6L TGD i berkuasa 193 PS. Ruang dalaman jentera ini dilengkapi dengan Integrated Panoramic Display komprehensif yang mengintegrasikan skrin instrumen digital dan skrin infotainmen 12.3-inci bagi menetapkan tanda aras baharu dalam segmen sedan kontemporari.

    Selain rekayasa sedan konvensional, Pavilion Kia turut mengetengahkan fasa elektrifikasi masa hadapan melalui barisan model inovatif EV4, EV5, dan PV5. Kia EV4, sebuah sedan elektrik yang dibina di atas platform modular E-GMP, menawarkan keupayaan jarak pemanduan sehingga 612 km serta sistem pengecasan pantas DC 10-80% dalam tempoh 29 minit sahaja. Manakala Kia EV5 pula memfokuskan kepada segmen SUV keluarga lestari dengan kuasa mencecah 230 kW.     Kee Ming Group Berhad (Kee Ming), penyedia penyelesaian kejuruteraan mekanikal dan elektrik (M&E) terkemuka, mengumumkan pencapaian korporat terbaharu menerusi perolehan subkontrak bernilai RM21.36 juta bagi projek pembangunan pusat data hiperskala yang terletak di Puncak Alam, Selangor.

    Kontrak strategik tersebut telah dianugerahkan kepada anak syarikat milik penuh kumpulan, Kee Ming Electrical Sdn. Bhd. (KME), oleh kontraktor pihak ketiga yang mempunyai kepakaran khusus dalam penyelesaian M&E bersepadu serta infrastruktur pusat data. Skop kerja merangkumi tanggungjawab menyeluruh bagi pembekalan, penghantaran, dan pemasangan utiliti luaran serta domestik bangunan utama, yang melibatkan sistem voltan tinggi (HV), voltan sederhana (MV), voltan rendah (LV), voltan tambahan rendah (ELV), dan jajaran saluran telekomunikasi.

    Pengarah Urusan Kee Ming Group Berhad, Ir. Liew Kar Hoe menyatakan bahawa penganugerahan kontrak ini merupakan satu pengiktirafan rasmi terhadap keupayaan pelaksanaan teknikal kumpulan dalam mengendalikan kemudahan misi kritikal. Menurut beliau, projek berimpak tinggi ini sejajar dengan hala tuju strategik Kee Ming untuk memperluas penguasaan portfolio dalam segmen infrastruktur industri bernilai tinggi, disokong oleh trajektori pertumbuhan Malaysia sebagai hab digital serantau.

    Perolehan ini secara langsung memperkukuh kedudukan kewangan kumpulan, sekali gus meningkatkan nilai keseluruhan buku pesanan tertunggak Kee Ming kepada RM151.9 juta setakat 31 Mac 2026. Projek ini dijadualkan siap sepenuhnya menjelang 30 Disember 2026 dan dijangka memberikan keterlihatan perolehan yang mampan sehingga Tahun Kewangan 2027 (TK2027).

    Lembaga Pengarah mengesahkan bahawa, sekiranya tiada sebarang keadaan luar jangka, kontrak ini bakal memberikan sumbangan positif secara material kepada perolehan bersih, pendapatan sesaham (EPS), serta nilai aset bersih disatukan kumpulan bagi tahun kewangan berakhir 31 Mac 2027.

    Industri perfileman tanah air terus memacu langkah kanan dalam membuktikan keupayaan naskhah tempatan menembusi standard pasaran antarabangsa. Terbaru, sebuah karya sinematik seram psikologi berskala besar, Khadam, sedia untuk ditayangkan di lebih 120 pawagam seluruh negara bermula 11 Jun ini.

    Selepas mencetuskan keterujaan tinggi menerusi rangkaian poster dan treler rasmi sejak beberapa minggu lalu, fasa akhir promosi filem ini telah diraikan dengan penuh gilang-gemilang menerusi Malam Tayangan Perdana yang berlangsung malam tadi. Kehadiran naskhah ini sekali lagi menyaksikan satu lagi karya bertaraf global ditampilkan dalam portfolio industri seni tempatan, sekali gus meletakkan filem seram Malaysia pada satu aras kualiti yang baharu.

    Walaupun dibina dengan acuan dan piawaian antarabangsa, Khadam tidak sesekali kehilangan identiti budayanya yang menjadi tunjang utama penceritaan. Berlatarbelakangkan era tahun 1950-an, jalan cerita filem ini mengangkat ketakutan yang paling dekat dengan masyarakat Melayu, iaitu isu pewarisan saka, kesetiaan yang diuji, dan harga yang perlu dibayar apabila manusia memilih untuk bersekutu dengan kejahatan.

    Kisahnya mengikuti perjuangan Melor, seorang ibu yang berusaha keras melindungi keluarganya daripada entiti ghaib yang diwarisi turun-temurun. Pengarahnya, Shamyl Othman, menegaskan bahawa keseraman naskhah ini tidak bergantung kepada elemen kejutan atau jumpscare murah, sebaliknya berakar daripada trauma generasi dan konflik psikologi yang tercetus apabila institusi kekeluargaan mula diporak-perandakan oleh entiti yang tidak boleh ditolak tersebut.

    Standard global yang ditekankan dalam Khadam dizahirkan secara menyeluruh daripada aspek teknikal dan naratifnya. Lakon layar hasil nukilan Fariza Azlina Isahak dibina penuh teliti dengan mengeksploitasi lapisan emosi dan konflik dalaman watak. Malah, watak Melor sengaja digambarkan sebagai seorang yang kehilangan suara secara fizikal dan simbolik, membiarkan kekuatan visual, rekaan bunyi, dan ekspresi emosi mengambil alih peranan dialog untuk menyampaikan penderitaannya. Menurut Penerbit Eksekutif, Datuk Ahmad Izham Omar, projek ini sejak awal lagi menetapkan matlamat yang jelas untuk menghasilkan sebuah filem Malaysia yang mampu berdiri sebaris dengan karya serantau dan antarabangsa. Setiap keputusan daripada pembangunan skrip, rekaan produksi, gubahan muzik, sehinggalah ke peringkat pasca produksi dibuat dengan teliti bagi memastikan hasil akhirnya memenuhi standard global yang tinggi.

    Aspirasi antarabangsa ini bukan sekadar omongan kosong apabila filem terbitan Red Communications dan Komet Productions ini berjaya menghimpunkan jaringan rakan strategik dari seluruh rantau. Antara yang terlibat termasuk Magma Entertainment dan VMS Studios dari Indonesia, Sil Metropole Organisation Ltd. (Hong Kong), Applause Entertainment (India), serta Primeworks Studios dan Golden Screen Cinemas (Malaysia), dengan sokongan Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia (FINAS).     Selepas hampir sedekad mengukuhkan portfolio dalam industri muzik tanah air, penyanyi dan penulis lagu popular, Andi Bernadee, secara rasminya meluncurkan album sulung yang amat dinantikan bertajuk Ding Geding. Pengumuman ini sekali gus menamatkan penantian sembilan tahun para peminat yang amat mendambakan sebuah naskhah penuh daripada beliau.

    Album terbitan Warner Music Malaysia ini menghimpunkan 12 buah trek komprehensif yang menterjemahkan dinamika emosi, pengalaman hidup, serta fasa kematangan seni Andi.
