Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has announced the global availability of the new Galaxy S25 series. Launched alongside One UI 7, the series introduces Gemini, Samsung’s groundbreaking AI assistant, which is now available in 46 languages. This addition simplifies the process of interacting seamlessly across Samsung and Google apps, offering an enhanced, intuitive experience.
TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics, highlighted that the Galaxy S25 series represents a “fundamental shift” in how users interact with their smartphones. The Gemini AI companion delivers personalized, intelligent support, helping users navigate daily tasks effortlessly.
The Galaxy S25 series integrates AI agents with multimodal capabilities, allowing them to perform complex tasks across apps and support natural interactions through speech, text, video, and images. Now Brief provides personalized suggestions, and Now Bar consolidates ongoing activities, turning the phone into an even more efficient personal assistant.
Users will also benefit from Writing Assist to boost productivity and Drawing Assist for creative freedom, reinforcing Samsung’s commitment to enhancing every facet of users’ lives.

With Gemini 7, users can now command their phones with ease, such as finding their favorite sports team’s schedule and adding it directly to Samsung Calendar. Google’s enhanced Circle to Search enables users to retrieve detailed information and take quick actions with AI Overviews.
Powering the Galaxy S25 series is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, which supports on-device processing for fast, responsive AI tasks. Custom features like ProScaler and Samsung’s mobile Digital Natural Image engine (mDNIe) elevate the user experience with enhanced image processing and optimized display efficiency.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a 50MP ultrawide camera sensor, delivering crisp and vivid shots from various ranges. Professional-grade tools like Virtual Aperture and Samsung Log empower users to capture photos and videos with cinematic quality.
The Galaxy S25 series marks the first smartphone lineup from Samsung to support Content Credentials, a standard developed by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA). This initiative aims to improve transparency for content, especially digital media created or edited using generative AI, reinforcing Samsung’s focus on responsible AI innovation.
