Eco World Foundation has officially donated two state-of-the-art haemodialysis machines to the SJAM-KPS Foundation, marking a significant milestone in local healthcare capacity building. The handover ceremony, held on October 15 at the SJAM-KPS Pusat Hemodialisis Klang (Station 2), was officiated by Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Lee Lam Thye, Chairman of Eco World Foundation, and Dato’ Yeo Kim Thong, Chief Operating Officer of SJAM-KPS Foundation.
This timely contribution directly strengthens the Foundation’s capacity to deliver affordable, life-saving dialysis treatments to patients battling end-stage kidney disease. Currently, SJAM-KPS manages a massive network, supporting over 700 patients across 13 operational centres in Selangor, Perak, Melaka, and Sarawak. With the growing demand for accessible healthcare, continuous facility upgrades are crucial. The addition of these machines will aid the Foundation in maintaining reliable services and expanding its operational efficiency for communities in need.

SJAM-KPS has been a pillar of accessible community healthcare since initiating its dialysis services in 1993. This latest equipment donation complements their ongoing strategic expansion plans, which include the development of two new haemodialysis centres in Jenjarom and Tanjung Sepat. Beyond dialysis, the SJAM-KPS Foundation has been a trusted provider of 24-hour emergency ambulance and medical standby services since 1978. As non-profit healthcare organizations continue to bridge the critical gap in public health services, generous equipment donations from corporate partners like Eco World Foundation remain absolutely vital in sustaining these life-saving community initiatives.
