The experience begins with appetizers and salads made from pesticide-free produce sourced from Klang, complemented by traditional local leaves such as ulam raja, pegaga, ceylom, and heart of banana, paired with classic sambal selections including sambal belacan, sambal tempoyak, and sambal kicap. Regional starters like acar buah, kerabu pucuk paku, rojak Klang, and Selayang-style cold cuts set the tone for a feast that balances freshness with bold, nostalgic flavors.
