HONOR has officially launched the HONOR X9d 5G in Malaysia, introducing a new era of smartphone durability and performance. Priced from RM1,499, the device maintains the same affordability as its predecessor while offering ten significant upgrades across durability, battery life, display, chipset, audio, and network capabilities.
The HONOR X9d 5G is engineered with groundbreaking Triple Resistant Durability, setting a new benchmark in toughness and reliability. It features ultra-deep tempered glass reinforced with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, providing a 31 percent deeper tempering depth for a stronger and more resilient screen. Unlike its predecessors, the device now comes with a flat display design, further improving durability and practicality. Addressing the often-overlooked issue of internal damage, HONOR has introduced aerospace-grade non-Newtonian fluid that hardens instantly on impact, offering up to 300 percent greater shock absorption. A new six-layer shock absorption structure inspired by bulletproof technology enhances protection even further, ensuring internal components remain safe from accidental drops and impacts.
Water and dust resistance have also been elevated to new levels. The HONOR X9d 5G is available in two storage variants, 256GB at RM1,499 and 512GB at RM1,699, with 24GB of RAM including 12GB Turbo RAM. Customers can choose from four stylish colors: Reddish Brown, Forest Green, Sunrise Gold, and Midnight Black.
