The event will showcase her timeless hits and elegant artistry that have captivated audiences for four decades. This is her first solo performance at Malaysia’s largest indoor venue, and the production aims to deliver an unforgettable experience filled with music, emotion, and celebration.
According to Miselyn Yee Siew of Altus Prohouse, this is more than a concert it’s a moment in history. She emphasized that Sheila Majid is a symbol of perseverance, grace, and relevance in an ever-evolving industry. Her songs such as Sinaran, Legenda, Hitam Putih Kehidupan, and Antara Anyer dan Jakarta have not only stood the test of time but continue to connect deeply with new generations.
Sheila Majid 40 Years in Music will be supported by a world-class creative team. Long-time musical collaborators Mac Chew and Jenny Chin, both central to Sheila’s sound since the 1980s, return to lead the musical direction. The show will be directed by Jennifer Thompson, a veteran known for producing major live concerts across the region. The stage, visuals, and lighting will be designed by Steve Ho, an internationally renowned designer whose work includes productions for Jacky Cheung and Eason Chan.
