Ramadan Buffet Sajian Darul Ehsan Vol. 3 Makes a Warm Return, Bringing Selangor’s Beloved Flavors Back to the Table

Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie, part of Accor’s globally recognized portfolio of hospitality brands, continues to champion meaningful, locally inspired experiences with the return of its much-anticipated Ramadan Buffet Sajian Darul Ehsan Vol. 3. Taking place from 23 February to 19 March 2026 at WARNA All Day Dining, this cherished iftar experience invites guests to reconnect with the comforting flavors of Selangor in an atmosphere that celebrates togetherness, tradition, and heartfelt moments. Fondly remembered from previous editions, Sajian Darul Ehsan Vol. 3 is thoughtfully curated to feel both familiar and rediscovered, transforming each evening into a warm gathering centered on heritage and shared stories.

Rooted in Mercure’s commitment to local discovery, the buffet takes diners on a culinary journey across Selangor’s nine districts, showcasing the state’s diverse food culture through a generous spread. The experience begins with appetizers and salads made from pesticide-free produce sourced from Klang, complemented by traditional local leaves such as ulam raja, pegaga, ceylom, and heart of banana, paired with classic sambal selections including sambal belacan, sambal tempoyak, and sambal kicap. Regional starters like acar buah, kerabu pucuk paku, rojak Klang, and Selayang-style cold cuts set the tone for a feast that balances freshness with bold, nostalgic flavors.

Drawing inspiration from Selangor’s bustling Ramadan bazaars, the buffet continues with an array of kudap-kudap and street food favorites, including crispy fritters, karipap, cekodok manis, ubi getuk, and assorted local keropok. The heart of Sajian Darul Ehsan Vol. 3 lies in its regional signature dishes, each representing a district’s culinary identity — from Gombak’s satay ayam dan daging, rendang, punten Jawa, and sambal taun berkuah, to Sabak Bernam’s iconic Nasi Ambeng, Klang’s Siakap Purbakala and grilled seafood, Kuala Selangor’s soto Jawa, and Petaling’s chicken shawarma wraps. The journey continues through Hulu Langat’s kambing salai, Kuala Langat’s live Char Kway Teow and DIY noodle stations, Sepang’s gulai kawah and bubur lambuk, and Hulu Selangor’s roti canai, murtabak, and roti John.

The main course selections further celebrate Selangor’s culinary heritage with rotating daily offerings of carbohydrates, proteins, and vegetables, ensuring variety throughout the season. Signature dishes such as nasi kukus, nasi jeera, ayam masak ros, daging masak lemak, ikan goreng masam manis, sambal kerang, and seasonal vegetables provide comfort and authenticity in every serving, while live grill and action stations add an interactive element to the dining experience. The evening concludes with a delightful spread of traditional desserts, including wadai kipeng, freshly made apam balik, assorted kuih-muih Melayu, aneka bubur manis, cendol, ABC, local fruits, and refreshing Air Balang selections, leaving guests with a memorable sweet finish.

Adding to the festive ambience, live music performances by Soul Shadow, a photo booth, lucky draws, and a thoughtfully designed dining setting enhance the sense of celebration throughout the holy month. Priced at RM158+ per adult, RM98+ for senior citizens, and RM68+ for children, the buffet also offers attractive early bird and promotional deals, making it ideal for family gatherings, corporate iftars, and meaningful reunions. With its inviting atmosphere, halal-certified offerings, and strong sense of local identity, Ramadan Buffet Sajian Darul Ehsan Vol. 3 at WARNA All Day Dining once again promises a Ramadan experience worth returning to — one that brings people together through taste, tradition, and the joy of shared moments.
