ASUS ExpertBook Ultra Redefines the Future of AI-Powered Business Computing

As digital transformation accelerates across Malaysia and AI-driven workflows become increasingly common, the role of the business laptop is evolving rapidly. Today’s professionals, prosumers, and enterprise leaders no longer see laptops as simple productivity tools or routine business expenses. Instead, they expect devices that can serve as powerful productivity hubs, advanced data-processing platforms, and gateways to AI-enhanced work experiences. At the same time, they demand portability and style without sacrificing performance.

At the Next Enterprise Summit 2026, attended by more than 1,000 industry leaders, enterprise partners, and technology experts, ASUS officially unveiled the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra for the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Positioned as “The Flagship of the Industry. Period,” the new Copilot+ PC combines a remarkably lightweight 0.99kg aerospace-grade chassis with the latest Intel® Core™ Ultra X7 Series 3 processor, powerful graphics capabilities, and an advanced NPU integrated into a single AI computing platform. Backed by a sustained 50W thermal design and high-speed PCIe Gen 5×4 storage, the ExpertBook Ultra is built to deliver exceptional performance for modern professionals and business executives.

One of the standout features of the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra is its ultra-lightweight construction using CNC-machined AZ31B magnesium-aluminum alloy. Measuring just 10.9mm thin, it is also recognized as the world’s smallest-footprint 14-inch laptop. The ASUS Nano Ceramic Technology finish offers scratch and wear resistance up to five times higher than industry standards. Despite its slim profile, the device houses a large 70Wh battery capable of delivering up to 26 hours of battery life.

Performance is powered by ASUS ExpertCool Pro thermal technology and the Intel Core Ultra X7 Series 3 processor. This combination allows the laptop to sustain up to 50W CPU power without throttling. The integrated Intel Arc B390 graphics provides highly competitive performance, while whisper mode keeps noise levels as low as 20dB for quieter operation. Paired with 9600 MT/s memory and PCIe Gen 5×4 SSD storage, users can enjoy faster data transfer, application loading, and multitasking capabilities.

For visuals and entertainment, the ExpertBook Ultra features a 14-inch 3K Tandem OLED touchscreen display with a variable refresh rate ranging from 30Hz to 120Hz. The technology helps reduce power consumption by up to 40 percent while delivering HDR brightness levels of up to 1,400 nits. The display is complemented by Gorilla Glass Matte anti-glare protection and a six-speaker Dolby Atmos audio system for an immersive viewing and conferencing experience.

ASUS has also focused on enhancing the everyday user experience with a comfortable 1.5mm key-travel spill-resistant keyboard and a responsive haptic touchpad that offers greater precision and intuitive control. Connectivity options are equally comprehensive, featuring USB Type-C, USB Type-A, HDMI 2.1, and a standard audio jack without the need for additional adapters.

On the security front, the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra comes equipped with enterprise-grade protection features including MyExpert AI, NIST SP 800-193 BIOS resilience compliance, Dual BIOS ROM backup, a physical webcam shield, and biometric authentication through fingerprint recognition and infrared facial login. These security capabilities have also been independently validated by cybersecurity evaluation specialist SGS Brightsight Singapore.

The launch event featured several industry leaders who highlighted the strengths of the new device. ASUS Co-CEO S.Y. Hsu described the ExpertBook Ultra as the pinnacle of ASUS engineering, designed specifically to meet the future needs of the modern workplace. He emphasized that the device was developed without compromise to deliver AI capabilities, premium design, and high performance in one package.

Andrew Tang, Country Manager of Intel Singapore, highlighted the long-standing collaboration between Intel and ASUS in delivering superior computing experiences for business users. According to him, the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processor enables stronger AI performance, enhanced security, and greater productivity for today’s workforce.

Meanwhile, Adam Owee from Microsoft explained that the combination of Windows 11 Pro Copilot+ PC capabilities and ASUS innovation allows enterprise users to benefit from AI-powered features such as real-time transcription, live translation, and intelligent document search directly on the device. This approach reduces reliance on cloud processing while improving data privacy and security.

Emma Ou, ASUS Commercial Regional Director for Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand, described the ExpertBook Ultra as the ideal companion for professionals constantly on the move. Weighing only 0.99kg and finished in an elegant Morn Grey colorway, the device can deliver up to six hours of productivity from just a 15-minute charge, offering a perfect balance between style and performance.

More than just another business laptop, the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra combines portability, powerful performance, premium display technology, long battery life, and enterprise-grade security in a single device. With its impressive range of innovations, ASUS is setting a new benchmark for premium business laptops.

The ASUS ExpertBook Ultra is now available in Malaysia starting from RM7,999, with configuration options up to the Intel® Core™ Ultra X7 Series 3 processor. It is available through selected ASUS Business Authorized Retailers and the ASUS Official e-Store nationwide.

As part of the launch promotion, customers who purchase the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra between 10 June and 31 July 2026 will receive a complimentary RM500 Malaysia Airlines eGift Card, subject to terms and conditions.
