Penang Convention & Exhibition Bureau (PCEB) and Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON Berhad) have formalised a strategic collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant step towards strengthening Penang’s business events ecosystem.
