Manforce Group Berhad has secured a three-year contract valued at approximately RM3.4 million from Orgabio Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Orgabio Holdings Berhad. The contract has been awarded to Manforce’s wholly owned subsidiary, Manforce Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd., to provide mobilisation and comprehensive management services for 120 foreign workers supporting Orgabio Manufacturing’s operations.

1. Mr. Chin Kok Weng 陈国荣先生, Finance Director of Manforce Resources (M) Sdn Bhd
2. Dato’ Wong Boon Ming 拿督黄文明, Managing Director of Manforce Resources (M) Sdn Bhd
3. Mr. Ean Yong Hien Voon欧阳捍文先生, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Orgabio Manufacturing Sdn Bhd
The 36-month engagement is subject to the approval of the relevant foreign worker recruitment quota. The final contract value will depend on the actual number of workers deployed and the range of services utilised throughout the contract period.
Under the agreement, Manforce will oversee the complete employment lifecycle of the foreign workforce. This includes handling government and immigration applications, work permit renewals, medical examinations, accommodation arrangements, transportation, and the workers’ daily welfare requirements.
By offering an integrated workforce management solution, Manforce enables businesses to focus on their core operations while ensuring foreign workers remain fully documented, well-supported, and compliant with Malaysia’s labour and immigration regulations.
Commenting on the contract award, Managing Director Dato’ Wong Boon Ming said the project marks another positive milestone as the company continues expanding its recurring workforce management portfolio following its listing on the ACE Market.
He noted that managing a foreign workforce extends beyond manpower supply, requiring businesses to address documentation, payroll, accommodation, transportation, employee welfare, and regulatory compliance. He added that Manforce’s integrated approach allows clients to concentrate on growing their businesses while the company manages these operational responsibilities efficiently.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively to Manforce Group Berhad’s earnings, earnings per share, and net assets for the financial year ending 28 February 2027.
