    When comparing the HONOR 400 Pro and the HONOR 400, photography enthusiasts will appreciate the Pro’s 200MP Super Sensing Main Camera with a large 1/1.4-inch sensor, f/1.9 aperture, and dual OIS and EIS stabilization, delivering sharp photos even in low light. It also includes a 12MP Ultra-Wide/Macro camera and a 50MP AI Telephoto lens with up to 50X zoom. The HONOR 400 has a dual-camera setup without a dedicated telephoto lens but features AI Super Zoom for up to 30X zoom, with a 50MP Portrait Selfie Camera on both models.

    In terms of design, the HONOR 400 Pro features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, 8.1mm thickness, and weighs 205g, balancing screen size with comfort. The HONOR 400 offers a more compact 6.55-inch AMOLED display, measuring 7.33mm thin and weighing 184g, ideal for portability.

    Both models come with SGS-certified Front and Back Crack Protection. The Pro offers higher dust and water resistance with IP68 and IP69 ratings, while the HONOR 400 carries an IP66 rating.

    The display on both models is a 1.5K AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000 nits HDR peak brightness, plus eye comfort features including Dynamic Dimming, Ultra Dark Mode, AI Defocus Display, and Low Blue Light Technology. The Pro adds Natural Tone Display, which reduces eye strain by up to 18%.

    Powered by a 6000mAh Silicon Carbon battery, both devices offer long-lasting durability. The Pro supports 100W wired and 50W wireless HONOR SuperCharge, achieving full charge in 42 and 61 minutes respectively, while the HONOR 400 supports 80W wired charging with a full charge in 54 minutes. Both provide up to 17 hours of online video streaming. The Pro runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, while the HONOR 400 features Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, both optimized for smooth performance and gaming.

    Storage options include a single 24GB RAM and 512GB variant for the HONOR 400 Pro. The HONOR 400 offers two variants: 24GB RAM with either 256GB or 512GB storage. Customers who purchase the 256GB model receive a free upgrade to 512GB storage at no extra cost.

    The HONOR 400 Pro is priced at RM2,699 and comes with an HONOR CHOICE Watch 2i and a 1 Year Extended Warranty. The HONOR 400 costs RM1,899 for the 256GB variant and RM2,199 for the 512GB variant, including a free HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X7e and 1 Year Extended Warranty.     Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad mengumumkan bahawa aplikasi perbankan mudah alih lama, GO by Bank Islam, dan platform perbankan internet www.bankislam.biz akan ditamatkan secara rasmi mulai 28 Jun 2025. Keputusan ini diambil susulan kejayaan pelancaran aplikasi perbankan baharu, BIMB Mobile, dan platform BIMB Web yang telah diperkenalkan sejak November 2024, di mana lebih 90% pelanggan telah beralih kepada platform terkini.

    Penamatan perkhidmatan ini dipercepatkan dari tarikh asal 28 November 2025 kepada 28 Jun 2025 bagi memastikan pelanggan menikmati pengalaman perbankan digital yang lebih lancar dan selamat.     Kuala Lumpur Strengthens Global Standing as Malaysia Rises in ICCA 2024 Rankings

    Malaysia has once again proven its strength as a destination for international business events, with notable gains in the latest International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) 2024 rankings. The country rose two positions to 31st in the global country standings, while Kuala Lumpur surged six spots to 26th in the city rankings, marking a significant milestone for the nation’s business events industry.

    In 2024, Malaysia hosted 129 international association meetings, affirming its place among the top 10 destinations in the Asia Pacific region. Kuala Lumpur, the country’s capital and business events hub, hosted 78 of those meetings, supported by world-class venues like the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (the Centre), which continues to lead the way in innovation, infrastructure and service delivery.

    According to John Burke, General Manager of the Centre, Malaysia’s rising reputation stems from a combination of strong fundamentals and unique strengths. These include seamless global connectivity, visa-free access for 175 countries, an experienced supply chain, English language proficiency, a favourable exchange rate and the country’s rich heritage and biodiversity, which appeal to international organisers and delegates alike.

    Central to this success is the Centre’s longstanding collaboration with the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), a government agency under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture. Through joint participation at global trade shows and strategic marketing initiatives, the partnership plays a crucial role in boosting Malaysia’s visibility and appeal to international event organisers.

    In the first half of 2025, the Centre joined MyCEB’s delegations at AIME 2025 in Melbourne and IMEX Frankfurt, key global platforms for business event professionals. It will also participate in upcoming events such as The Meetings Show in London and IBTM in Barcelona to continue promoting Malaysia as a top-tier destination.

    Sustainability has emerged as a central focus for the Centre, in line with global trends and expectations. The Centre has embraced green power through Malaysia’s Green Electricity Tariff (GET) and achieved 100% food waste circularity via composting in 2024. These steps support its larger goal to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 25%, guided by the Net Zero Carbon Events (NZCE) framework. The Centre is also on track to attain ISO 20121 certification for sustainable event management.

    As delegate expectations evolve, the Centre continues to invest in technology and flexible spaces to meet diverse client needs. Its recently upgraded facilities feature state-of-the-art audio-visual systems, hybrid event capabilities and a new shared workspace concept designed to help delegates stay productive between sessions.

    Strategically located in the iconic KLCC precinct beneath the Petronas Twin Towers, the Centre offers 34,000 square metres of purpose-built event space and is backed by a comprehensive suite of ISO certifications.     Menteri Ekonomi, Rafizi Ramli , hari ini mengumumkan peletakan jawatan beliau dari Jemaah Menteri yang akan berkuat kuasa mulai 17 Jun 2025. Beliau memaklumkan bahawa surat peletakan jawatan telah dihantar kepada YAB Perdana Menteri dan akan menghabiskan baki cuti tahunan beliau sehingga 16 Jun 2025.

    Dalam kenyataan rasmi, beliau menjelaskan bahawa keputusan tersebut dibuat berdasarkan prinsip kebertanggungjawaban dan menghormati mandat rakyat serta parti. Kekalahan dalam pemilihan Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) baru-baru ini membawa maksud bahawa mandat politik untuk menterjemahkan agenda parti ke dalam dasar kerajaan tidak lagi menjadi miliknya.

    “Saya menyertai politik untuk membudayakan politik baru yang berteraskan tanggungjawab dan mandat rakyat. Seperti di negara-negara demokrasi yang matang, pemimpin yang kalah dalam pemilihan perlu memberi ruang kepada kepimpinan baharu untuk membawa halatuju kerajaan,” katanya.

    Beliau turut merakamkan penghargaan dan terima kasih kepada kepimpinan serta kakitangan Kementerian Ekonomi atas sokongan padu sepanjang beliau memegang jawatan tersebut. Beliau menyifatkan penjawat awam di kementerian tersebut sebagai berwibawa dan berdaya saing dalam merangka serta melaksanakan dasar ekonomi negara.

    Antara pencapaian utama sepanjang tempoh perkhidmatannya termasuklah pemuktamadan Rancangan Malaysia Ke-13 (RMK13) yang bakal dibentangkan dalam sidang Parlimen akan datang. RMK13 memberi penekanan khusus kepada reformasi menyeluruh sektor pendidikan serta cadangan reformasi struktur yang melibatkan Kementerian Pendidikan.

    “Saya berharap beberapa reformasi berani yang dirangka dalam RMK13 akan terus dikekalkan oleh Jemaah Menteri, walaupun saya tidak lagi berada dalam kerajaan,” ujar beliau lagi.

    Sebagai penutup, beliau mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh rakyat Malaysia, penjawat awam, pihak swasta, media dan semua pemegang taruh atas kerjasama serta kepercayaan yang diberikan sepanjang beliau berkhidmat.

    “Perjalanan kita untuk memperkukuh struktur ekonomi dan mencapai status negara berpendapatan tinggi masih jauh. Keputusan-keputusan besar dan jangka panjang perlu terus diambil walau mencabar demi masa depan generasi akan datang,” tegas beliau.

    Hektar Asset Management Sdn. Bhd., selaku Pengurus Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust (Hektar REIT), telah berjaya memuktamadkan Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan (AGM) ke-13 yang berlangsung di M Resort & Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Para pemegang unit sebulat suara menerima Laporan Tahunan bagi tahun kewangan berakhir 31 Disember 2024, yang mengetengahkan prestasi kewangan kukuh, kemajuan ESG, dan hala tuju strategik baharu kumpulan.

    Tahun 2024 menjadi titik transformasi penting buat Hektar REIT apabila mula melangkah ke luar sektor runcit, menerusi pemerolehan dan pajakan balik hartanah berkaitan pendidikan. Inisiatif ini menandakan kemasukan pertama ke dalam segmen bukan runcit, seterusnya membuka ruang kepada pengembangan ke sektor perindustrian pada 2025. Usaha ini mencerminkan strategi jangka panjang untuk memperluas aliran pendapatan serta meningkatkan daya tahan portfolio pelaburan.

    Sebagai pelengkap kepada strategi pertumbuhan, Hektar REIT berjaya menerbitkan tranche pertama Nota Jangka Sederhana (MTN) bernilai RM215 juta, di bawah program RM500 juta. Terbitan ini mendapat jaminan daripada Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF) – sebuah dana amanah di bawah Bank Pembangunan Asia – sekali gus membolehkan akses kepada pembiayaan yang lebih cekap dan mapan.

    Seiring komitmen terhadap kelestarian, Hektar REIT turut mengumumkan kolaborasi strategik bersama Samaiden Group Berhad untuk pemasangan sistem solar di lima pusat beli-belah miliknya. Inisiatif tenaga boleh diperbaharui ini dijangka menjimatkan kos tenaga tahunan sekitar RM2.05 juta, atau RM41.3 juta dalam tempoh dua dekad. Ia juga berpotensi mengurangkan pelepasan karbon sebanyak 98,640 tan metrik bersamaan dengan menanam lebih 1.97 juta pokok dalam tempoh 20 tahun.

    Dalam usaha mempertingkatkan nilai aset, Hektar REIT telah memulakan kerja-kerja Fasa 1 Inisiatif Peningkatan Aset (AEI) di Subang Parade. Kerja dalaman ini dijadualkan siap menjelang separuh pertama 2026 dan dijangka meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan, nilai penyewa, serta prestasi aset jangka panjang.

    Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Hektar Asset Management, Zainal Iskandar, berkata, “Kami menghormati suara dan mandat yang diberikan oleh para pemegang unit. Tahun kewangan 2024 merupakan tempoh transformatif bagi kami daripada meneroka kelas aset baharu kepada pengoptimuman kos dan penambahbaikan strategi pengurusan modal.     Beliau menambah bahawa pihaknya kini sedang giat menyemak semula pelan strategik dan operasi bagi memastikan portfolio yang lebih berdaya tahan dengan pendapatan berulang yang mampan. Fokus utama kekal untuk memperkukuh prestasi aset, mengoptimumkan campuran penyewa, serta meningkatkan nilai kepada pemegang unit secara berterusan.

    The third edition of Intelligent Manufacturing Kuala Lumpur (IMKL) officially concluded on 16 May 2025, after three impactful days of knowledge sharing and innovation. Held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, the event welcomed global experts, corporate leaders, and academics to explore strategies for advancing digital transformation across the ASEAN manufacturing sector. Under the theme “Synergising technologies and workforce adoption for operational success,” IMKL 2025 focused on enhancing the region’s digital manufacturing capabilities through cutting-edge insights and collaborative dialogue.

    This year’s event recorded a total of 2,164 visits, with 357 conference attendees and 23 speakers representing nine countries and regions, including the United States, Switzerland, and Malaysia. Across 19 conference sessions, four breakout discussions, and 21 Tech Lab engagements, attendees gained first-hand exposure to the latest technologies, AI innovations, and case studies from regional and global players. Additionally, 19 product showcases from six different countries provided a closer look at smart solutions in action.

Case studies shared by industry leaders illustrated successful digital transformation journeys, while new breakout sessions offered tailored interactions and deep-dive discussions.
