    Rumah Produksi Merah Sdn. Bhd. dengan penuh rasa bangga mengumumkan penganjuran Konsert WINGS 40 Tahun: 4 Dekad Terbang Tinggi yang akan berlangsung pada 28 November 2025 di IDEA LIVE Arena, 3 Damansara.

    Konsert ini merupakan tanda penghargaan istimewa buat para peminat setia WINGS sempena sambutan ulang tahun ke-40 kumpulan legenda rock tanah air itu dalam industri muzik. Menurut vokalis WINGS, Dato’ Awie, konsert kali ini bakal tampil dengan kelainan tersendiri berbanding persembahan sebelum ini dan dijanjikan meninggalkan kenangan manis kepada semua penonton. Beliau turut memaklumkan bahawa konsep serta butiran penuh konsert akan diumumkan dalam sidang media rasmi yang bakal diadakan tidak lama lagi.

    Pengarah Urusan Rumah Produksi Merah Sdn. Bhd. (RPM), Dato’ Eddy Amir berkata, setiap pembeli tiket akan menerima barangan eksklusif sebagai cenderamata mengikut kategori tiket masing-masing. Ia merupakan antara usaha RPM untuk menjadikan konsert ini satu kenangan yang bermakna buat semua peminat.

    Sebanyak 500 tempat pra-pendaftaran telah dibuka bermula 17 Julai 2025 dengan tawaran diskaun istimewa sebanyak 10 peratus. Sambutan luar biasa diterima apabila lebih 1,000 pendaftaran diterima dalam tempoh hanya dua jam. Sehingga kini, jumlah pendaftaran telah melebihi 2,000 dan sebagai tanda penghargaan terhadap sokongan padu para peminat, RPM memutuskan untuk melanjutkan tempoh diskaun tersebut sehingga 20 Julai 2025, jam 11.59 malam.

    Pra-pendaftaran tanpa diskaun akan dibuka dari 21 hingga 24 Julai 2025. Mereka yang mendaftar akan menikmati keistimewaan membeli tiket lebih awal daripada jualan umum bermula 25 Julai 2025, jam 11 pagi, bagi membolehkan mereka memilih tempat duduk yang diinginkan.

    Jualan tiket kepada umum pula akan dibuka pada 30 Julai 2025, jam 11 pagi menerusi platform rpm.uberticket.asia dengan harga bermula serendah RM240. Pembeli juga diberi pilihan untuk membuat bayaran secara ansuran dua kali melalui platform Ubertickets.

    Konsert WINGS 40 Tahun ini bersifat eksklusif dengan kapasiti terhad kepada 4,444 tempat duduk sahaja dan tiada kategori berdiri. Hanya individu berumur 12 tahun ke atas dibenarkan masuk bagi memastikan keselesaan serta keselamatan semua penonton.

    Pihak RPM menjanjikan sebuah pengalaman konsert yang luar biasa dengan pentas bertaraf antarabangsa, sistem bunyi dan pencahayaan berteknologi tinggi serta pelbagai hadiah menarik menerusi cabutan bertuah.

For the first time, the awards combined expert judging, market data, and consumer preferences to provide a data-driven picture of the property market, highlighting where Malaysians are looking to buy and invest, and which developers have successfully earned their trust.

    Drawing from millions of searches and engagement metrics across PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my, the awards reflected a nationwide shift in demand patterns, moving from urban cores toward well-connected regional growth corridors, particularly in Johor and Selangor. This year’s findings show that Malaysians are gravitating towards integrated townships, mixed-use developments, and ESG-driven projects that combine lifestyle appeal, long-term value, and sustainable living. These trends align with evolving affordability considerations, infrastructure connectivity, and changing work-life priorities.

    The inaugural Consumer Demand Awards celebrated eight developments most sought-after by property seekers, with R&F Princess Cove and Leisure Farm leading the list and reflecting Johor Bahru’s increasing appeal among buyers. Johor also performed strongly in the office segment, with City Square Office Tower named the most in-demand office for lease in Johor, while Kuala Lumpur’s The Exchange 106 topped the office category in the capital.

    Dr. Lee Nai Jia, Head of Real Estate Intelligence at PropertyGuru Group, said that the data shows Malaysian home seekers are increasingly looking beyond traditional hotspots in the Klang Valley. Johor Bahru’s dominance across multiple categories reflects the city’s transformation into a vibrant regional hub, supported by large-scale infrastructure investments such as the RTS Link and the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone. These factors are enhancing cross-border accessibility and driving confidence among local buyers and investors. Rising engagement for well-planned, self-contained communities, where residents can live, work, and play within the same precinct, also signals a more mature property market where value, connectivity, and livability drive purchasing decisions, not just location alone.

    The People’s Choice Awards, determined through nearly 28,000 public votes, recognized ten developers most trusted by Malaysian consumers. The winners were Berinda Group, CPI Land, Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd, Mah Sing Group Berhad, Malton Berhad, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor, Platinum Victory, Tiland Group, Tropicana Corporation Berhad, and TRX City Sdn Bhd. These results reaffirm that consumers continue to place their trust in established developers who offer reliable quality and long-term value. The insights provide developers, investors, and policymakers with actionable information on which projects are in demand and which developers enjoy the highest levels of consumer trust.

    JLand Group emerged as Malaysia’s most decorated winner, securing the Best Developer title in both Malaysia and Southern Malaysia, as well as Best Industrial Developer. Its flagship project, Bandar Dato’ Onn in Johor Bahru, earned multiple awards, including Best Township Development, highlighting JLand Group’s leadership in integrated community development. Konsert yang dinamakan “Rockolusi Kuasa Dua” ini bakal menggamatkan pentas Zepp Kuala Lumpur pada 1 Februari 2026, menjanjikan satu malam yang penuh tenaga, nostalgia dan kehebatan muzik rock Malaysia.

    Bagi peminat muzik tempatan, ini adalah antara acara yang wajib berada dalam kalendar tahun depan. Lagu-lagu ikonik seperti Memburu Impian, Luahan Hati, Suatu Kenangan dan Seragam Hitam oleh Kristal X bakal dipersembahkan secara langsung selepas sekian lama tidak kedengaran di pentas besar.
