  • THE INAUGURAL ESPORTSCON MALAYSIA WILL BE HELD ON JANUARY 6TH

    EsportsCon Malaysia 2024 is an event to celebrate the Malaysian esports industry by providing a platform for stakeholders and esports fans to connect, interact, network, and further understand the esports ecosystem. This first-ever convention will attract diverse groups of visitors including industry players, students, as well as gaming, esports and animation fans.

    There are various exciting offerings awaiting visitors at EsportsCon 2024, including gaming and tech expo, panel discussions, showmatch and meet & greets with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic exhibitions by universities, cosplay performances, career counseling, indie game demos, mini contests and lucky draws!

    Gaming, esports and animation expo

    Discover the latest collection of advanced gaming technology devices in the market such as console systems and smartphones. The gaming expo will also showcase game titles across PC and mobile platforms.

    Series of panel discussions

    That’s not all, visitors can also participate in a series of panel discussions led by invited guests focusing on topics related to the esports ecosystem in Malaysia. The guest panel comprising industry experts will discuss issues such as governance and career opportunities in esports, and more.

    Other exciting offerings to explore at EsportsCon 2024:

    • Showdown with KOLs

    Friendly esports showdown between KOLs and spectators. Full showdown format will be revealed at a later date.

    • Cosplay Performances

    Visitors will also have the chance to watch cosplay performances in the form of dancing, singing and DJ’ing.

    Easy way getting to the venue

    Spacerubix, the official venue of EsportsCon 2024, is a hub designed with unique, aesthetic architecture and well-equipped with amenities for the community. Its location along the LDP (Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong) highway makes this venue easily accessible from Puchong, Subang, USJ, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Bukit Jalil, Sri Kembangan and Putrajaya. Spacerubix is also located next to the Taman Perindustrian Puchong LRT Station for public transportation users.

    EsportsCon Malaysia 2024 is organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS) through Esports Integrated (ESI) together with the Official Beverage Partner, Goodday Milk Malaysia; and Activation Partner, Rakan Muda and Rakan Digital.

  • JOHOR ALL STAR ESPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP 2023 GRAND FINAL: INFINIX CALLS FOR XFANS’ PARTICIPATION.

    Infinix Malaysia, an increasingly prominent global smartphone brand, is gaining recognition in the esports arena. They are excited to announce their newest sponsorship of the highly anticipated Johor All Star Esports Championship 2023. Organized in collaboration with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang by Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor (KPRJ Sports), this electrifying championship Grand Finals is scheduled to take place from the 20th to the 22nd of October 2023 at Plaza Angsana, Johor Bahru.

    The Johor All Star Esports Championship is a prestigious esports event dedicated to empowering and inspiring Malaysia’s esports community. The championship gathers the top-tier gaming teams, providing a platform to exhibit their skills, strategies, and impeccable teamwork, elevating their esports experience to a new height.

    In this collaborative venture, Infinix Malaysia intends to actively engage with their dedicated XFans. They will set up an enticing booth to unveil their latest product offerings, offering XFans the opportunity to participate in engaging activities while also giving them a chance to win exclusive merchandise.

On top of that, the overall Most Value Player (MVP) will be rewarded with a total of RM5,000 in cash prizes. All in all, the championship boasts an impressive total prize pool of RM 55,000, further solidifying its position as the premier esports tournament in the region.
