This much-anticipated concert will hold special significance as Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will be joined on stage by his son, Shahzaman Ali Khan, symbolising a new chapter in the continuation of the legendary Khan musical dynasty.
Carrying forward the unparalleled legacy of his late uncle, Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has built an extraordinary career over more than three decades. He is celebrated worldwide as both a Sufi master and one of Bollywood’s most prominent playback singers. With countless sold-out performances across the globe, Rahat has delivered unforgettable renditions of songs that have become timeless, from qawwali traditions to cinematic blockbusters.
Malaysian fans can look forward to live performances of some of his most iconic hits, including O Re Piya from Aaja Nachle, the heartfelt ballad Teri Meri from Bodyguard, his breakthrough Mann Ki Lagan from Paap, the internationally acclaimed Afreen Afreen from Coke Studio, and the soulful Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji from Ishqiya. Earlier this year in April, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan performed at The Star Theatre in Singapore, where more than 5,000 fans were enthralled by a three-hour showcase of qawwalis, Bollywood favourites, and classical gems. The overwhelming response reaffirmed his enduring global appeal and artistry.
