  • KPDN BERI AMARAN TEGAS JIKA TUKAR LABEL KAMPIT BERAS

    KULIM, 4 SEPTEMBER 2023 – OPS JAMIN telah dilancarkan pada 7 Julai 2023 melibatkan kolaborasi bersepadu di antara Penguat Kuasa Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN) dan Penguat Kuasa Kementerian Pertanian dan Keterjaminan Makanan (KPKM) iaitu Kawalselia Padi dan Beras (KPB) bagi meningkatkan kapasiti penguatkuasaan dan pemantauan seluruh negara dalam memastikan pengguna sentiasa mendapat keterjaminan bekalan beras yang mencukupi dengan harga yang stabil dan terkawal.

    Kerjasama strategik yang melibatkan penguatkuasaan, perkongsian maklumat dan pemantauan antara agensi di antara KPDN dan KPKM melalui OPS JAMIN berperanan penting dalam mengenalpasti keseluruhan rantaian bekalan pengedaran beras di semua peringkat pemborong hingga ke peringkat peruncit.

    KPDN memberi jaminan akan menggiatkan pemeriksaan di bawah OPS JAMIN bagi membanteras isu penukaran label kampit beras yang dikhuatiri berlaku susulan pelarasan harga baharu bagi beras putih import (BPI) dan memberikan amaran tegas kepada semua pengilang, pemborong dan peruncit agar sentiasa mematuhi perundangan yang telah ditetapkan bagi mengelakkan dikenakan tindakan tegas.

    Sehingga 2 September 2023, sebanyak 1,053 pemeriksaan di bawah OPS JAMIN telah dilaksanakan di seluruh negara hasil kolaborasi bersepadu KPDN dan KPKM yang melibatkan pemeriksaan di peringkat pengilang, pemborong dan peruncit. Sejumlah 47 aduan yang diterima melibatkan aduan harga, bekalan dan lain-lain berkaitan beras telah disalurkan kepada KPKM untuk tindakan lanjut.

    Mana-mana orang yang melakukan kesalahan boleh diambil tindakan di bawah Seksyen 21 Akta Kawalselia Padi dan Beras [Akta 522] dan jika disabitkan boleh didenda sehingga RM25,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Dua Puluh Lima Ribu) atau dipenjarakan tidak melebihi tempoh dua tahun atau kedua-duanya bagi orang perseorangan manakala bagi syarikat sekiranya sabit kesalahan boleh didenda sehingga RM50,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Lima Puluh Ribu).

    Selain itu, KPDN ingin memberi amaran keras terhadap mana-mana individu/syarikat yang berkaitan agar sentiasa mematuhi perundangan yang telah ditetapkan. Tindakan undang-undang akan diambil ke atas mana-mana pihak yang didapati membuat perihal dagangan palsu mengenai kandungan, jenis atau nama di bawah Seksyen 5 Akta Perihal Dagangan 2011 [Akta 730] dan jika sabit kesalahan boleh didenda sehingga RM100,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Satu Ratus Ribu) atau dipenjarakan tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua[1]duanya bagi orang perseorangan manakala bagi syarikat sekiranya sabit kesalahan boleh didenda sehingga RM250,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Dua Ratus Lima Puluh Ribu).

    An embodiment of the spirit of unity and celebration, TAPAUfest brings together top and rising indie artists from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand.

    “Instead of trying to make the festival bigger and bigger from one year to the next, our focus this year is on making sure that we pay more attention to the details especially in terms of getting the indie community and the locals of Lenggong to come together in terms of curation and participation”, said Ahmad Faris, Creative Director of TAPAUasia Sdn.     Rock N’ roll Supergroup Jemson will then take the stage paying homage to Malaysia’s ‘rock kapak’ golden era while injecting their own modern sound and sense of humor, promising a high energy rock show.

    Closing Day 1 is Indonesia’s young balladeer, Nadin Amizah, whose fanbase in both Indonesia and Malaysia is getting larger as many flock to her emotionally honest, coming-of-age songs. She maintains a strong connection with her audience as a representative of a new generation of singers. For a reflective, sentimental dive into the depths of the soul, the combo of Tasik Raban’s natural beauty with Nadin Amizah’s performance would be perfect.

    Day 2 kicks off with one of the most exciting indie acts from Indonesia at the moment,The Jansen. Describing themselves as a mid-tempo 70’s punk band from Bogor, the band blew up after the release of the album, ‘Banal Semakin Binal’ last year.

    Marking a first in TAPAUfest history, Door Plant is the first-ever act from Thailand to grace the festival’s stage, bringing a carefree and easy vibe to the stage with their unique sound as they stop by Malaysia in their tour.

    Bringing neo-folk to Lenggong, Bayangan‘s cinematic arrangements and lyrical self-exploration are set to captivate the audience, especially with a full band set-up for songs normally performed solo.

    Get ready to dance and contemplate the collective energy of Lomba Sihir, a band that has gained recognition as groovy poets of a complex love-hate relationship between humankind and the modern city with their album ‘Selamat Datang Di Ujung Dunia’.

    Last but not least, concluding the festival is Zee Avi, a trailblazer in the community of indie musicians as she leaped to fame during the early YouTube years. In 2009, her breakout singles “Kantoi” and “Bitter Heart” propelled her into the hearts and minds of not only Malaysians but also international audiences after being featured in NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert that same year. In 2020, her song “Good Things” was an anthem of hope for many. Ending a festival with her melancholic tunes and radiant songs is the best way to wrap up TAPAUfest.

  • WMOTO SX2-300 dan MOTOMORINI X-CAPE 650X Akan Bersaing Hebat dalam Rimba Raid Taman Negara 2023!

    KUALA LUMPUR, 24 OGOS 2023 – Hari ini, Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Mforce) mengadakan satu sidang media khas sempena penyertaan mereka dalam Rimba Raid Taman Negara 2023. Dalam acara ini, Mforce dengan bangganya mengumumkan bahawa mereka akan menghantar dua model motosikal berprestij, iaitu WMOTO SX2-300 dan Moto Morini X-Cape 650X, yang sama seperti penyertaan tahun lepas. Tahun ini, Moto Morini X-Cape 650X akan dikendalikan oleh pelumba veteran, Muhamad Nazmee bin Ramlee, sementara WMOTO SX2-300 akan diterajui oleh Muhamad Amirul bin Ramlee. Rimba Raid Taman Negara 2023 dijadualkan berlangsung dari 31 Ogos hingga 3 September 2023, dan Mforce pasti akan memberikan saingan sengit dalam acara prestij ini.

    Tahun lepas, WMOTO SX2-300 berjaya meraih tempat ketujuh keseluruhan bagi kategori C manakala Moto Morini X-Cape 650X menamatkan perlumbaan dengan kedudukan yang mengagumkan, iaitu tempat ke-15 keseluruhan atau pelumba Malaysia yang ketiga untuk kategori B. Kejayaan ini membuktikan bahawa Moto Morini dan WMOTO adalah antara jenama yang perlu digeruni oleh pelumba yang lain kerana kemampuan jenama ini menamatkan perlumbaan. Pencapaian ini bukan sahaja menonjolkan keupayaan teknikal motosikal, tetapi juga menunjukkan kecekapan dan ketahanan para pelumba mengharungi segala cabaran yang disediakan oleh pihak penganjur.

    Walaupun mendapat keputusan yang memberangsangkan, Mforce tidak akan terus selesa malah bakal menggunakan strategi baharu untuk memastikan kedua-dua model yang dipertandingkan ini bakal meraih tempat di podium. Tambahan pula, para pelumba ini dijangka bakal menghadapi laluan perlumbaan yang lebih mencabar dan panjang iaitu lebih kurang 250km berbanding tahun lepas yang cuma 150km sahaja. Oleh itu, perancangan yang lebih teliti perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan kejayaan berada di pihak Mforce.

    Sidang media pada hari ini jugak menyaksikan termeterainya perjanjian di antara dua pihak di mana pelumba WMOTO SX2-300, Muhamad Amirul bin Ramli menandatangi perjanjian tersebut dan ditandatangani oleh Encik Asri Ahmad, Ketua Pegawai Operasi Mforce. Manakala untuk Moto Morini,pelumba Muhamad Nazmee bin Amirul menandatangi perjanjian bersama dengan Pengarah Jabatan Jualan Antarabangsa Moto Morini iaitu Ethan.

    Keadaan geografi laluan yang begitu mencabar dan jarak perlumbaan sepanjang 200km, tidak dapat dinafikan bahawa ia menguji kecekapan, mentaliti, dan ketahanan pelumba, serta menuntut jentera perlumbaan yang terbaik untuk melengkapkan perlumbaan tersebut. Langkah Mforce untuk terus mengkaji dan mempertingkatkan strategi yang digunakan dalam acara Rimba Raid ini adalah wajar. Pengalaman dari perlumbaan lepas akan memberi adalah sangat berharga untuk pihak Mforce menilai semula tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan, serta membantu dalam penyempurnaan prestasi motosikal- motosikal tersebut semasa perlumbaan. Pihak Mforce mengucapkan semoga berjaya kepada Muhamad Nazmee bin Ramli dan Muhamad Amirul bin Ramli.

  • HARGA RUNCIT AYAM DI PASARAN

    Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN) mengambil maklum kepada laporan akhbar yang disiarkan di akhbar Sinar Harian menggunakan tajuk ‘Kadang-kadang turun, tapi selalunya naik’. Tajuk yang dipilih tentunya mengundang keresahan di kalangan pembaca dan pengguna dan laporan yang diberikan malangnya tidak menggunakan data yang betul dan terkini.

    KPDN ingin mengambil kesempatan ini untuk memurnikan beberapa kekeliruan yang terbit dari laporan dan tajuk tersebut. Terima kasih kepada wartawan yang memetik bahawa harga ayam bulat standard dan super termasuk di bawah harga kawalan yang ditetapkan oleh Kerajaan sejak 12 Oktober 2022 dan masih berkuatkuasa hingga ke hari ini. Harga Ayam Standard ialah RM9.40/kg dan Harga Ayam Super ialah RM10.40/kg di Semenanjung Malaysia.

    Adalah menjadi satu kesalahan di bawah Akta Kawalan Harga dan Anti Pencatutan (AKHAP) 2011 jika seseorang peniaga menjual ayam standard dan ayam super melebihi dari Harga Kawalan yang telah ditetapkan. Pengguna dan juga wartawan digalakkan membuat aduan di pelbagai saluran aduan rasmi KPDN jika mereka mempunyai maklumat berkenaan peniaga yang menjual ayam standard dan super melebihi harga kawalan.

    Jika disabitkan kesalahan di bawah AKHAP 2011, individu boleh dikenakan denda (seksyen18) tidak melebihi RM 100,000 atau di penjara selama tempoh tidak lebih dari 3 tahun atau kedua-duanya. Dan kesalahan kali kedua atau berikutnya, denda tidak melebihi RM250,000 atau penjara selama tempoh tidak lebih 5 tahun atau kedua-duanya. Sekiranya kesalahan dilakukan oleh syarikat 2 pula denda tidak lebih dari RM500,000 dan kesalahan kali kedua atau berikutnya tidak melebihi satu juta Ringgit Malaysia.

    Sehubungan dengan itu, berdasarkan pemantauan pihak Penguat Kuasa dan lebih 900 Pegawai Pemantau Harga KPDN setiap hari melibatkan hampir 1,500 premis meliputi Pasar Basah, Hypermarket dan Supermarket, Pasar Mini dan Kedai Runcit di seluruh Malaysia, data yang KPDN perolehi hasil dari tindakan pemantauan harga seluruh negara menunjukkan bahawa dalam 2 minggu kebelakangan ini, dari tarikh 12 Ogos 2023 sehingga 26 Ogos 2023, harga purata ayam standard di semenanjung Malaysia menunjukkan penurunan sebanyak 0.33%. Harga purata ayam standard di Semenanjung pada 12 Ogos 2023 iaitu RM8.73/kg menurun kepada RM8.70/kg pada 26 Ogos 2023. Manakala di Sabah dan Sarawak juga menunjukkan penurunan harga purata iaitu masing-masing sebanyak 0.12% (Sabah) iaitu dari RM 11.30/kg kepada RM11.29/kg dan turun sebanyak 0.47% (Sarawak) iaitu dari RM10.28/kg kepada RM10.23/kg bagi tempoh yang sama.

    KPDN berharap wartawan menghubungi KPDN untuk mendapat data yang tepat dan terkini untuk mengelakkan kekeliruan dan mungkin membangkitkan keresahan di kalangan pengguna. Artikel tersebut merujuk kepada statistik IHP bulan Februari 2023 keluaran Jabatan Statistik Malaysia (DOSM) dan membandingkan dengan data bulan yang sama tahun 2022 sedangkan data terbaru sehingga Julai 2023 telah pun dikeluarkan oleh DOSM.

    Untuk makluman, harga purata ayam standard di pasaran pada bulan Februari 2023 adalah stabil pada harga kawalan dan trend penurunan mula dilihat mulai Julai sehingga Ogos 2023 dengan harga purata terendah dicatatkan pada 4 ogos 2023 di Semenanjung iaitu RM8.11/kg. Selari dengan itu juga, kadar inflasi terus mereda beserta dengan Indeks Harga Pengguna berada dalam jajaran menurun.

    Following an exciting event with over 300,000 people at Stadium Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang, Karnival Jom Heboh (KJH) BABA’S is ready to dominate Kelantan, also known as Cik Siti Wan Kembang. The event will commence on September 7 at RTC Tunjung in Kota Bharu and run from Thu
