  • Amir Hassan makes a risks with his first rap single, “TANGO”

    The 27-year-old singer-songwriter Amir Hasan, who made his debut in 2014 and is well-known for his upbeat pop songs and melodic vocals, has taken a new turn by releasing his first hip-hop single, “Tango.”

    ‘Tango’ is a testament to his artistic flexibility and evolution in the realm of music. His deep interest in hip hop music was cultivated 15 years ago at the age of 12, where the international male hip hop artist, Eminem, served as his main inspiration. As he grew older, his passion for hip hop deepened, leading him to further explore and draw inspiration from local hip hop figures, including the iconic duo of the group Too Phat, Joe Flizzow and Malique. From there, Amir honed his freestyle singing talent, diving into this dynamic genre.

    Amir Hasan is excited to take on this challenge in order to broaden the spectrum of his musical identity. ‘Tango’ represents the voice of his alter ego and showcases his distinct musical style. This bold move not only demonstrates his evolution in the music industry, but also reflects his determination to explore hip hop even further.

    “The song ‘Tango’ is about proving to ourselves that everyone is capable of overcoming challenges in life. It’s not about where we come from, but our success is measured by the effort and determination we put in. Don’t doubt yourself, as self-doubt is a negative aspect and a hindrance to progress,” explained Amir about the meaning behind ‘Tango’.

    The song-making process began with a spontaneous freestyle session with Rash, a member of the Lawalah group. Amir only took five hours to meticulously prepare the song ‘Tango’ perfectly. Nevertheless, Amir Hasan acknowledges that he might face some challenges ahead due to his transition from a pop singer to a hip hop artist. This might spark doubts among fans and netizens. However, Amir is determined to face these challenges boldly in the entertainment world.

    “Through our spontaneous meeting with Rebel Asia, we freestyled based on our musical journey and experiences. Eventually, the song ‘Tango’ emerged on its own, and we decided to release this single under Sony Music Malaysia,” he described the process of creating ‘Tango’.

    “Although I’m likely to encounter challenges such as the acceptance of listeners and fans towards ‘Tango’ due to its different genre compared to my previous songs, I am also very confident that this song will win hearts and receive a warm reception from the community. This work not only maintains relevance with current trends but also caters to the taste of present-day listeners, especially on social media platforms like TikTok,” he added.

    Furthermore, Rebel Asia also shared his feelings of excitement upon getting the opportunity to collaborate with Amir Hasan on the song ‘Tango’.

  • KEMPEN ‘BERSAMA DEMI SEMUA UNTUK TABUNG BANTUAN MANGSA BANJIR DI MALAYSIA

    SUBANG JAYA, 7 November 2023 – Procter & Gamble (P&G) dan MYDIN melancarkan kempen “BERSAMA DEMI SEMUA”  untuk dana bantuan banjir masa musim tengkujuh. Hal ini, untuk memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat yang terlibat dengan banjir pada musim tengkujuh pada setiap tahun yang berlaku di Malaysia.     Bermula 1 November, 2023 hingga 6 Januari, 2024, setiap pembelian produk P&G bernilai RM10 dari mana-mana pasar raya MYDIN, 5 sen akan disumbangkan kepada tabung bermakna ini. Ketika tempoh kempen berakhir, pasar raya MYDIN akan menjadi pusat perolehan barangan keperluan yang akan diagihkan kepada mangsa banjir.

Minggu ini, kejutan kami adalah membuat persembahan genre hip hop / dance yang kami tak pernah buat. Tunggu kejutan kami!     “Konsep minggu ini pula ialah Hip Hop / Dance yang sememangnya bukan forte kami berdua dan tentunya mencabar sikit. InsyaAllah, dengan usaha dan latihan, kami akan cuba sedaya upaya untuk menyampaikan persembahan yang baik untuk minggu ini. Setiap pertandingan mesti ada stress termasuklah Famili Duo. Saya rasa beban stress tu kurang sikit sebab saya naik pentas bukan seorang, tetapi berdua, dengan Haqiem sepupu saya. Jadi, apa-apa masalah, kami akan berbincang dan selesaikan dengan baik. Kami tak pernah nak berputus asa untuk bagi yang terbaik dan tidak putus mendapat sokongan daripada kedua-dua belah keluarga.”

    Haqiem juga berkongsi pendapatnya. “Kini kami lebih faham konsep persembahan Famili Duo. Ia sangat bagus untuk kami mantapkan lagi prestasi  persembahan kami dan boleh digunakan di mana-mana pentas yang lain. Hip Hop/dance bukan forte kami, tapi bagi menghormati konsep,  sudah pastinya kami akan rap dan buat sketsa, cuma kejutan persembahan, anda semua kena tunggu malam itu. Kami perlu perah otak untuk menang hati juri dan memberikan persembahan yang unik. Saya berharap dapat lepas ke pentas final.”

    STRUGGLE DENGAN TEMA HIP HOP/ DANCE – EMMA & ADIRA SUHAIMI

    Emma dan Adira Suhaimi sentiasa memberikan persembahan yang memukau di pentas Famili Duo dan pernah memenangi gelaran Duo Terbaik di minggu ketiga. Menurut Emma, “Selepas 6 minggu bertanding, Emma nampak prestasi kami masih boleh diasah dan dipertingkatkan lagi. Kami tidak melihat diri sudah berada di atas. Setiap minggu, kami mengambil kira apa yang diberikan oleh juri dan perbaiki kelemahan dari situ. Sebenarnya sebagai seorang penghibur, kami tahu vokal tak cukup untuk membawakan persembahan yang menghiburkan. Kami sentiasa dapat idea dan pendapat daripada ahli keluarga dan rakan-rakan untuk persembahan. Stress itu memang tidak dapat lari dan nak hilangkan stress, kami menghabiskan masa dengan ahli keluarga terutamanya melayan anak-anak Adira, terus hilang stress. Kami banyak menghabiskan masa di rumah untuk latihan dan persiapan untuk Famili Duo.”

    Adira pula berpendapat perubahan paling ketara ialah membawakan pelbagai genre. “Kami keluar dari zon selesa dan cuba pelbagai genre. Itulah cabaran kami tetapi cabaran ini buat minda kami terbuka kerana sebenarnya apabila membawakan genre-genre berlainan, ia jadi sangat seronok. Sebelum ini, saya tidak selesa dengan lagu-lagu Inggeris tapi untuk Famili Duo, saya berani mencuba,” kata Adira.

    STRESS APABILA PEMILIHAN LAGU – RYAN & ADAM BAKERY

    Bagi Ryan dan Adam Bakery, mereka bersyukur kerana dipilih untuk menyertai Famili Duo 3 ini. Banyak pengalaman yang telah ditimba kerana mengakui mereka hanya dikenali sebagai pempengaruh menerusi platform media sosial. Menurut Ryan, “Kami berasa amat bersyukur dan Alhamdulillah dengan Famili Duo 3 ini, kami banyak improve dari segi keyakinan diri. Kalau dulu rasa shaking setiap kali berdepan dengan orang ramai, sekarang tak terlalu gugup. Banyak yang kami belajar, antaranya membuat persembahan dan mengetengahkan kreativiti dan belajar teknik nyanyian dengan pergi ke kelas vokal.

    “Kita akan rap dan ada tarian dalam persembahan minggu ini. Pertandingan ini bagi saya, tak stress tetapi ia seronok. Ia bukan sekadar vokal, ia juga mengetengahkan kreativiti dan konsep persembahan. Setelah menggabungkan semua, ia jadi seronok. Sangat mencabar apabila nak memilih lagu, lepas tu kena fikir konsep apa yang boleh dibawa.”

    TAK MUSTAHIL PENYANYI ROCK BAWAKAN LAGU HIP HOP/DANCE – TOM & FUAD RAHMAN

    Di awal pertandingan, duo suami isteri yang merupakan penyanyi Rock sering menerima kritikan dimana mereka tiada mempunyai keserasian dan tidak memahami konsep Famili Duo. Namun, dari minggu ke minggu, Tom dan Fuad tampil lebih yakin dan mereka berjaya menerima markah penuh iaitu perfect 10 daripada juri di minggu lepas. Apakah kejutan yang bakal disajikan di semi final nanti?

    Menurut Fuad, “Kami penyanyi rock, dan memang amat mencabar buat kami apabila diberi genre yang lain. Tapi untuk menjadi penyanyi berkaliber, kita perlu mencuba semua genre lagu dan perlu keluar dari zon selesa. Famili Duo dapat membuka platform untuk kami menyanyi pelbagai genre. Minggu semifinal ini paling mencabar kerana perlu bawa genre hip hop / dance yang tak pernah seumur hidup bawakan genre ini. Kami rasa teruja tetapi pada masa yang sama, kami rasa seram. Kali ini, kami perlu buang imej rockers dan all out untuk Hip Hop / dance.”

    “Kami banyak muhasabah diri dan bersolat untuk mengatasi stress. Sepanjang Famili Duo ini, salah seorang perlu mengalah sebab kalau tak, masing-masing akan stress. Saya tak nak Tom stress dalam keadaannya sekarang. Fuad banyak belajar dari peserta yang lain dan krew produksi pula tidak lokek ilmu untuk berkongsi tips memperbaiki persembahan kami. Tahap stress mungkin sudah sampai ke maksimum sebab Fuad kena rap dan berjoget. Fuad berharap minggu ini kami dapat buat yang terbaik untuk peminat, produksi dan juga kumpulan muzik yang banyak membantu.”

    FD2023 ERATKAN HUBUNGAN KAMI – SYAHIR & SHILA AMZAH

    Menurut Shila “Motif utama kami ke Famili Duo adalah untuk bonding adik beradik dan melakar sejarah bersama-sama membuat persembahan di pentas FD. Saya yakin Syahir telah dapat mengeluarkan diri dari zon selamat, dan mencapai satu keyakinan baharu untuk berhadapan dengan khalayak yang baru. Di samping itu, kami juga dapat menemui banyak benda baharu dan lebih mengenali satu sama lain melalui pengalaman kami di FD ini.”

  • Etf фонды список самых лучших для российского инвестора на московской бирже

    В данной статье мы рассмотрим несколько лучших ETF-фондов на Московской бирже, которые будут интересны российским инвесторам. Такая возможность положительно сказывается на диверсификации и снижает риски. При этом что такое back-end разработка вложения денег через фонд дешевле по сравнению с самостоятельным формированием портфеля. Это фонд, торгуемый на бирже, который позволяет через покупку отдельных лотов вкладывать деньги в активы со всего мира.

    Обычно маркетмейкингом занимаются брокерские компании, но бывают и специализированные организации. Цена одной акции фонда — это результат деления стоимости всего, что есть в фонде, на количество выпущенных акций. Существует комиссия за управление фондом — это могут быть цифры в районе 0,5–1% в год и в эту сумму не входит комиссия биржи, брокера или депозитария. Плата за управление уменьшает стоимость акций фонда, отдельно ее платить не надо. Лично мне просто психологически более комфортно иметь в портфели акции компаний, а не паи фонда… Хотя прекрасно понимаю, что ETF – это мощный и крутой инструмент для действительно пассивного инвестирования.

    На Московской бирже есть ещё парочка ETF, которые копируют индекс S&P500. Если FXUS и SBSP в качестве активов держат в фонде акции компаний, то VTBA и AKSP держат доли американского ETF iShares Core S&P 500. То есть данные фонды выступают посредниками, которые платят комиссию американскому ETF в размере 0,07%, а с вас удерживают 0,9% (это почти в 13 раз больше!). Глава Berkshire Hathaway Уоррен Баффет также советует частным инвесторам покупать фонды. «Большинство инвесторов, скорее, выиграет, просто купив индекс S&P 500 на долгосрочную перспективу, а не отбирая акции самостоятельно, даже если это акции Berkshire Hathaway. Средний человек неспособен самостоятельно отбирать акции», — говорил он в ходе собрания акционеров финансового конгломерата.

    Определение ETF фондов

    Покупая акцию фонда, вы как бы становитесь владельцем небольшой части этого набора. ETF FXRL от FinEx инвестирует в акции Российских эмитентов, включенных в долларовый индекс РТС. РТС — это тот же индекс МосБиржи, но номинированный в долларах. Если меняется курс рубля что такое джоббер к доллару, то изменяется долларовая, а не рублевая цена FXRL. В пользу FinEx’а можно отнести чуть меньшую комиссию за управление и более солидный возраст самого фонда. Но стоит помнить, что FXUS копирует немного другой индекс, не сильно отличающийся от S&P500.
