The newly released Malaysian film TERBANG, inspired by national rally icon Karamjit Singh, tells a story of overcoming adversity and pushing boundaries on the international stage. In a fitting tribute to this never give up spirit, HONOR Malaysia has collaborated with the filmmakers to showcase the extreme durability of the HONOR X9e Pro in two gripping cinematic commercials.
The campaign brilliantly intertwines the emotional journey of the film’s protagonist, Ajeet with the physical endurance of the smartphone. In one video, the HONOR X9e Pro acts as Ajeet’s dependable companion, strapped to the exterior of a rally car. It captures his high speed, mud splattered journey through rough terrains and flying gravel. The physical battering the phone takes parallels Ajeet’s personal struggles and eventual triumph, proving that both the man and the machine are built tough.
Equipped with IP68, IP69 and IP69K water resistance ratings and SGS 5 Star Certified drop resistance, the HONOR X9e Pro is designed to handle life’s most unexpected bumps and splashes. Priced from RM1,799 and bundled with RM1,326 in complimentary gifts including an HONOR Watch 6i and an extensive two year damage protection plan the HONOR X9e Pro offers Malaysians a device that perfectly embodies reliability, courage and cutting edge technology.
Ultimately, this cinematic partnership elevates the HONOR X9e Pro beyond a mere piece of technology, transforming it into a symbol of everyday Malaysian resilience. Available in striking colorways like Royal Purple, Reddish Brown, Dawn Gold and Midnight Black, the device proves that rugged durability doesn’t require sacrificing premium aesthetics. For those inspired by Ajeet’s relentless drive and seeking a smartphone that refuses to quit, the HONOR X9e Pro stands ready to conquer any challenge ahead.
