Pentas Famili Duo 2023 yang menjadi saingan sengit bagi duo keluarga selebriti untuk menonjolkan bakat dan kreativiti kini telah melabuhkan tirai! Setelah lapan minggu bersiaran, program realiti hiburan TV3 ini menobatkan duo adik-beradik Sharif dan Syaiful ZERO sebagai juara keseluruhan.
Siapa sangka duo misteri yang dirahsiakan pada awal pertandingan bakal memberi saingan ketat kepada semua peserta sekaligus membolot kemenangan di pentas akhir Famili Duo 2023. Pernah memenangi juara mingguan sebanyak tiga kali, Sharif dan Syaiful bagaimanapun tidak menjangkakan kemenangan mereka pada malam final itu.
Menurut adik-beradik ini, “Alhamdulillah. Sebenarnya kami tak jangka malam ni akan menang. Masa rehearsal kami tengok duo yang lain memang all out, jadi malam ini kami memang berharap untuk buat yang terbaik dan have fun. Alhamdulillah juga, malam ini penonton dapat terima apa yang dipersembahkan dan persembahan ini juga menjadi satu sejarah buat hidup kami. Sebelum ni penonton hanya melihat kami di pentas lawak, tapi kali ini penonton masih boleh menerima kami walaupun di pentas nyanyian.
“Bagi kami, perasaan semasa menyanyi tadi memang lain daripada yang lain. Kami sebenarnya sebak ketika memberikan persembahan apabila nampak penonton dan juga juri di studio berdiri memberi standing ovation. Sebelum ini mereka hanya memberi sokongan sebegitu ketika kami melawak, tapi sekarang kami mendapat sokongan yang sama dalam nyanyian kami, dan kami terharu dengan sokongan itu seolah-olah penonton menghargai usaha kami. Tiada istilah mengalahkan duo peserta yang lain kerana kami tahu mereka masing-masing adalah penyanyi hebat. Mungkin kali ini kami berjaya menambat hati penonton di studio dan juga pengundi di rumah dengan kekuatan percaturan persembahan kami. Dari minggu pertama bertanding lagi kami nekad untuk memberikan persembahan yang baik, dan yang paling penting sekali adalah untuk menghiburkan semua. Kami bersyukur ini semua terbalas akhirnya,” tambah Sharif & Syaiful lagi

4 Disember 2023 – Band Lagenda, Sweet Charity akan datang lagi ke Kuala Lumpur setelah lima dekad pembabitannya dalam dunia muzik rantau ini. Band Lagenda mengimbau nostalgia lama selepas terakhir kalinya muncul dalam sebuah konsert 13 tahun lalu. Akhirnya, mereka mengadakan konsert Sweet Charity lagi bagi peminat-peminat yang telah menunggu lama dan menantikan konsert mereka.
Dianjurkan oleh Malaysia Shipowner’s Association, Konsert Semalam Di Malaya Lima Dekad Sweet Charity yang berdurasi hampir tiga jam itu akan berlangsung di Zepp Kuala Lumpur pada 26 Januari depan.
Iaitu, di tahun ke-55 penubuhan Sweet Charity yang diterajui Datuk Ramli Sarip sebagai vokalis yang juga pengasasnya bersama Rahman Sarbani (dram), dan turut dianggotai Rosli Mohalim (gitar) dan Ahmad Jaafar (keyboard dan vokalis kedua).
Ramli berkata, lamaran untuk Sweet Charity kembali ke Kuala Lumpur ibarat pucuk dicita ulam mendatang.
“Konsert ini ada nilai sentimental kerana ia diadakan di Kuala Lumpur selepas kali terakhir kami beraksi di Stadium Merdeka pada 2011 yang menjadi fenomena. Sesuatu seperti ini kadang hanya datang sekali, atau dua kali, ia tidak boleh selalu melainkan ada momen istimewa.
“Sweet Charity dikenali dengan persembahan livenya, jadi pemilihan lagu yang tepat adalah penting. Selain bernostalgia, jangkakan sebuah persembahan yang segar kerana kami memiliki lagu-lagu yang boleh diolah, dibuat susunan baharu, termasuk antara 15 lagu dalam senarai all-time favourite seperti Batu, Kamelia, Teratai dan Zakiah.
“Dan kenapa Semalam di Malaya? Judul yang nostalgia, zaman kami di Singapura, merentasi Johor menaiki bas, tanpa perlu pasport sebelum ada pemisahan negara. Banyak kenangan di situ,” katanya pada sidang media, di sini, hari ini.
Biar pun tidak kembali ke stadium, menurut Ramli, Zepp Kuala Lumpur dengan kapasiti 2,500 orang itu berupaya memenuhi jangkaan persembahan kerana lokasi itu ada formula untuk mendukung sesebuah konsert, daripada suasana ke akustiknya, malah chemistry.
Beliau malahan tidak mengenepikan kemungkinan untuk konsert yang mengenakan bayaran tiket pada kadar serendah RM180 itu berlanjutan dua hari.
“Penganjur ini, saya lihat, mahu buat sesuatu yang mereka lalui, ketika mereka membesar, namun memberi kebebasan untuk kami mengekspresikan seni. Konsert Semalam Di Malaya Lima Dekad Sweet Charity ini sememangnya tidak harus dilepaskan peminat.
“Kerana Sweet Charity, persembahannya ada roh dan semangat yang tersendiri, seperti mana-mana band apabila sampai pada kedewasaannya. Mudah-mudahan persembahan kami lebih dewasa dengan perasaaan,” tambahnya.
Konsert Semalam Di Malaya Lima Dekad Sweet Charity merupakan sebuah produksi Rasa Karya, bersama Mewah Event Management sebagai rakan strategik, manakala ilassotickets bagi pengurusan tiket.
Kuala Lumpur, kata Ramli, akan menyajikan kelainan rasa dalam persembahan Sweet Charity yang sebelum ini, tampil dengan dua konsert berskala besar, masing-masing di Johor Bahru dan Singapura, tahun ini.
“Sama tapi tak sama,” kata Ramli, merujuk perbandingan dengan konsert di Singapura, baru ini. “Persembahan di Kuala Lumpur akan lebih padat, malah ada peminat yang sudah menonton di Singapura, mahu ke Kuala Lumpur juga.
“Gaya persembahan, tentunya akan memberikan kelainan kerana Sweet Charity ada aura tersendiri, kekuatan tersendiri. Orang sukakan Sweet Charity kerana persembahan livenya dan itulah yang menjadi kekuatan kami selama lebih 50 tahun ini.
“Sweet Charity tidak begitu dipengaruhi oleh apa-apa kerana pada masa itu, pada era akhir 60an, tiada video, VHS pun tiada. Jadi kami mencipta identiti sendiri, membawa muzik rock, memberikan apa yang kami rasa, perasaan waktu membuat persembahan itu.”
Bagi apa jua yang dirancang, kata Ramli lagi, apa yang diharapkan tentulah kesihatan yang baik buat semua anggota Sweet Charity walaupun pada sebahagian masa, mereka perlu akur dengan cabaran dalam perjalanan.
“Mudah-mudahan kami sihat, dapat berikan yang terbaik untuk peminat, juga industri. Lima dekad perjalanan Sweet Charity moga jadi penggalak buat band tanahair, terutamanya Page 3 of 4 pelapis. Kami cuba menghargai apa yang dikurniakan, apa yang dianugerahkan untuk dikongsi.
“Bukan saja dalam muzik atau persembahan, tapi juga perjuangan untuk dikongsi sama. Jika boleh jangan ada banyak pertelingkahan antara satu sama lain, mesti bersatu, tapi kalau terjadi juga kadang hal sebegini mengajar kita. Itu yang membuatkan kita terus ada,” katanya.

Terketar dan terkesan dengan nasib saudara di Palestin, puisi ini kemudiannya diubah menjadi sebuah lagu.
Saya sedar bahawa dari jauh, kita mungkin terbatas dalam bantuan yang dapat diberikan, dan walaupun setiap sumbangan seikhlas hati adalah penting, tetap ianya boleh dimanipulasikan pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Namun begitu, doa memiliki kekuatan tersendiri yang tidak boleh dipergunakan oleh pihak tersebut. Doa adalah satu- satunya senjata kita yang eksklusif.”
Menurut Kimal, kolaborasi dengan Mafidz, yang dikenali dengan ahli-ahlinya Megat Aizzat, Megat Fazly, dan Megat Hafidz, merupakan sebuah kolaborasi kreatif. “Saya kenal mereka sejak tahun 2015 lagi, sebelum wujudnya Margasatwa dan Mafidz. Mereka antara rakan kreatif pertama yang boleh saya berkongsi rasa, idea dan cita-cita bersama mereka. Kita tak pernah berkolaborasi secara rasmi, maka ini adalah lagu yang tepat pada waktu yang tepat” kata beliau. “Projek ini juga menjadi salah satu cabang kreatif saya, untuk menguji kebolehan saya sebagai seorang artis, komposer, dan penerbit” tambah beliau. Katanya, beliau tidak melibatkan kumpulannya, Margasatwa, dalam projek ini kerana mereka sedang menyiapkan album baru dan itu yang menjadi fokus utama mereka.
Mafidz dan produksi mereka, Resonant Pribadi telah menampilkan profesionalisme yang tinggi kata Kimal. “Masing-masing dari mereka memiliki keunikan dalam suara dan penyampaian. Mereka memahami dengan mendalam melodi dan lirik yang ingin disampaikan. Yang paling saya suka adalah pilihan melodi dan nada setiap bahagian suara mereka yang bersatu dengan harmoni dan indah sekali” ungkap Kimal.
